Keep it short and simple step in there... and trust your nose. You would like to buy every single one of the different breads they have. Love it!

This cute authentic Spanish bakery has everything your tummy desires!! I grabbed a basket full of fresh made breads, cookies, pastries, desserts, cakes, drinks for this weekend...Got to taste their homemade delicious ice creams. Please do yourself a favor and stop in and support local businesses. They also have a joining restaurant that I will have to stop in and try for lunch or dinner soon. I can't wait to try their tamales and other authentic dishes soon.

Went there for lunch Friday, super friendly young man at the register and tasty gorditas! I also went to the bakery next door for a few treats for a great price. I always enjoy stopping in treats and a bite to eat.

This place is a treasure. Please stop in and check out their offerings. The cases are literally crammed with goods and prices are almost scandalously low. They seem to specialize in traditional Hispanic delights but there are also doughnuts, coffee cakes and other items to choose from. I haven't tried their bread yet but am looking forward to picking up a loaf on my next visit. For the uninitiated: pick up a pizza-type pan and set of tongs to your left as you walk in, select your items from the towering cases, then turn in the tongs and pan at the register when you are ready to check out. Today I brought home a pound cake the size of a loaf of sourdough for $3, two cookies, two muffins, two cherry popovers, a gingerbread pig and two slices of coffee cake. The total for everything - including the pound cake -was $10. The cookies are giant, the muffins are oversized and the slices of cake are thick enough for two servings each. There were too many goodies to sample everything in one trip so I'll be back and hope you will give them a try too.
