Stellar, stunning, delicious! We hosted a work party for 50 and I've never had better in many years of planning events. Their coordinator Rime is excellent with communication and willing to work with what your team needs. The area is simply a perfect mix of warm social and eating areas and the bartenders were efficient and flexible as well. Our needs were anticipated before we asked, and the food was delicious (many take home boxes used!)
We had a lovely buffet with endless salsa, philly cheesesteaks, carnitas tacos with beans, cheese, peppers and onions, and roasted cauliflower for vegetarians. And churros with dipping sauce for dessert, a perfect menu and all fantastic to eat!
The space was decorated and had holiday movies in the background. Parking is scattered but plentiful. I would take any chance to come back for myself or for another event!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 15147425Apr 3, 20241 check-in
We went to La Cabra with a bunch of my colleagues for a happy hour. The fries and cauliflower were fresh and the happy hour cocktails kept going in.
The service was prompt and the music selection was great!
PS: There is a narrow entrance to the parking lot just next to the brewery on both sides of the entrance. It is free!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jan 11, 2024
Dinner with my wife last night. 4:30pm arrival.
The hostess advised the taps on the main floor weren't functioning, but the upstairs was, so we went upstairs to dine. The place was empty except for a couple folks at the bar.
Our server was over right away to mention the QR code for their beer and food menus. I asked about the happy hour beer special since their website mentioned a rotating IPA, Lawn jawn and Scranton Fancy, but she mentioned there was no IPA on special, so we each ordered up two different beers, which were $8 each instead of the happy hour price of $4. Bummer.
I was surprised to see such high prices on most of the menu items. Tacos for $18-$19. Burgers for $20-$22. I wasn't interested in spending $100 for dinner on a Wed. night during happy hour, so we ordered the Poblano Hummus which was fantastic. We decided to each get the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwiches (no sides) for the HH price of $8 each. They showed up not too much long after we finished the hummus (great timing), piping hot and enormous. It was chicken thigh and after digging into the massive sandwich, it was just so much breading. Crispy, super spicy breading that just weighed me down. The chicken was in the core, but I would have preferred a smaller sandwich and less breading. The chicken was quite small and thin, so I had to discard the bun and fork my way into the chicken to enjoy. Messy with a good amount of pickles. The spice was perfect.
Love the atmosphere, friendly staff and beers are decent. Pricing and one single item for happy hour won't have me dropping in too often.Helpful 2Thanks 2Love this 1Oh no 0 - carol b.LAFAYETTE HL, PA147217Apr 15, 2024

I would come here again just for the giant plate of duck fat fries!! They were absolutely amazing and could be a meal in themselves!! They also have a really cool ambiance and great beer! I've been here a couple times and every time had great service!

The place was loud and fun. Great ambiance, holiday parties in effect.
I've never had such slow service for 1 sandwich and 2 drinks ( 1 each). The server brought the wrong kind of chicken sandwich and the correct one took 20 minutes to arrive. (20 for the first one). The sandwich was half the size of a chick fil a . And came with mixed greens- $18!
Well- the servers and front of the house were very nice.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sep 15, 2022

Parked on the street right out front. Sat at the copper topped bar and ordered a spirit.
Ordered Duck Empanadas : Duck Confit, Goat Cheese, Spinach, Shallots, Black Beans, Chipotle Crema, Salsa Roja incredible! The Chile dry rubbed wings were amazing. The house buffalo was good but I liked the Chile rub (not spicy) much better.
They have plenty of beers. I can't help you out there. The rum was very good.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Feb 4, 2023
Went to just find local beers and get out of the cold. This place has an excellent restaurant space. The beers were solid though they were tapped out of a few of the options. The dark beers were well received from our party the Saisons were less so.
