Only because zero stars is not an option, store closed early saying only door dash was available, witnessed 15 plus vehicles turned away along with myself and my family. Lady over intercom was extremely rude and should be fired.

They are pretty efficient but extremely rude!!! If I'm spending my money, I should lay LEAST get a greeting, not my money and pack of doughnuts shoved at me with no comments or anything. Whitehaven restaurants have the worst attitudes!! Let me go back to the Eastside where I belong!

Its New Years Eve and online it says they close at 10. These hookers closed at 920. Then they let you sit in line and wait all that time to say they are closed. How y'all close at 920 but suppose to close at 10

Hot light was on, so of course I had to pull up.
I ordered a classic 12 and a strawberry lemonade chiller. Or whatever it's called. The young lady told me they are not offering that, so I asked for a hazelnut latte. And was told they only have bottle drinks and milk. So I settled for an apple juice. Once I pulled up to pay the little boy was at the window and said right before I pulled off..

"You were determined to get some coffee huh"

Uncalled for, and very unprofessional. I will never visit this location again.

This donut shop has donuts that melt in your mouth. When the sign out front is lit up red, come and get em because they are making fresh donuts right now. I absolutely love these delicious donuts. I can't just have one either. I usually eat about 3 when I get them -fresh off the oven production line. And I always get at least one dozen.

It is the simple truth: These donuts are so good, my mouth waters just thinking about driving to this store to buy some.

In case you don't eat all of them the first day, they heat up easily in the microwave in just a few seconds. When reheated the next day, they taste almost as good as when you bought them the day before. I kid you not. I highly recommend these donuts to picky donut lovers like myself.

I came to this location October. 1, 2021 at 2pm and they had a sign in the drive through window saying that they were Temporarily Closed! The hours online stated that you guys were open. Also came back later on that day and they still were closed. This is very unprofessional and a inconvenience to your customers!

If you're ever in Whitehaven please bypass this location. Doughnuts are not fresh - maybe days old even with the hot light on

Update....1st review was 100% accurate! Ordered another apple fritter and the picture speaks for itself. Just donut batter with a few sprinkles of apple pieces. I should have learned my lesson the first time.

I don't want to sound like a broken record when I write my reviews but this is another "save your money" location. Ordered an apple fritter and caramel ice coffee. I've tasted better donuts from Kroger. The coffee was just OK. Don't know what brand they use. Maybe they should switch to Community.
