Krispy Kreme

What's not to like about KK? As soon as I walked in the door, they were already placing a hot donut into my hand.

Of course, for research, I had to get another one to-go. This I ate as I was walking to the car and this one was not hot. Not sure why that was the case.

Anyway, KK is always worth a visit and a sharp U-turn when you see that red sign illuminated.

It's Krispy Kreme with its delicious little fat pills known as donuts.

Friendly people! Clean dining area. Great choices.

This location has really gone downhill. It's terribly dirty outside and inside had a horrible smell coming from the bathroom. If you're ordering, skip going inside to look at the selection and just go through the drive through.

Pretty nice Krispy Kreme! Clean store, friendly staff, convenient location for Bentonville and Rogers. Stop by when the outside red light is on for a free donut and get their app for rewards!

Terrible. I bought a dozen for my work team this morning and when I opened the box, I was embarrassed. They weren't fresh. Very small. Tasted like the sugar on the chocolate donuts had not been properly mixed in. I've never been so disappointed in a dozen donuts. $15 for a dozen (including tax) isn't cheap.

Bad service, and original glazed donuts were cold, hard, and stale. Worst donuts ever had. I don't know what happened; they used to be so good. This was on my birthday too. Now they only make the mini glazed donuts fresh in the morning and charge a lot for them.

Service was seriously lacking and the donuts were stale! In the past I've really enjoyed Krispy Kreme but not the last couple of trips here.

Very disappointed in our Valentines Donuts and wouldn't recommend these. Usually we get fresh donuts, these were stale to the taste. We were excited to take a bite of the heart shaped donut only to be greeted by staleness for all donuts and no filling for one. We were so disappointed that we felt like it wasn't worth going back to try a new batch of these.

Utterly disappointed. Placed an order for 3 dozen donuts yesterday at $13.49/dozen for my son's birthday. Went to pick the donuts up today and received an e-mail today stating donuts were $8.99/dozen. The store was getting ready to close when we arrived and when I asked if they could help with the price difference, the employees acted like I was an inconvenience and told me nothing could be done. Every person with a brain knows that's not true, but yet they refused to make it right. I've loved Krispy Kreme for many years, but they lost my business tonight. I won't go back due to their lack of care.
