Kohl's

My last visit to Kohls looked like they may be closing. The store was very bare. The selection has always been limited, but this time, I couldn't even find anything to use my coupon on & gave it to another shopper.

Nasty Manager Lydia!
Manager Lydia is/was rude, confrontational, threatening, bullying, racist and rude. And I was having None of that. When a customer presents a kohls coupon to be applied to their account and the manager decides ( she doesn't agree) she intentionally held up the transaction, because she (Lydia) wants to tell the customer all about how she feels, to include telling the customer, oh you want twenty dollars, do you want me to "go in my purse and grab twenty dollars" in efforts to disrespect and humiliate the customer, she should be relieved from her job. This was All stated in front of the Asst Manager Sara. Sara had to calm Lydia down. Lydia stood behind her assistant manager and proceeded to Antagonize a customer service Nightmare and she is the Manager? When Sara came to finish the transaction, she said "Oh its all done"..So Lydia wanted to keep me their with my credit card in her hand to continue an unhealthy debate..."Wow"
I have been a Loyal Kohls customer for 20 years.
I have filed a complaint on line, and over the phone.
Please contact me as there is more to the story. By the way I purchase $800 worth of clothing and I was told " who cares". My question to Kohls CEO is does Lydia represent Kohls, and their Mission, Value and
Vision for Kohls?

I was good clothes but the coupons are so bad. They say 25% off or something but there's also some stuff that you can't have 25% of every brand and it doesn't say that on the coupon

I generally come here after returning something from Amazon. Very easy to return things and they give you a 25% coupon to use in the store. The non-discounted prices of the things in their store are way higher than other places. However, items that are on clearance or at least discounted can be found very cheap, and since you can stack coupons there (like a 25% off and a $5 off $25) you can end up with a lot of great deals! You can even stack on items that are already discounted! It just takes some time to hunt around. It's just annoying that you can't use them on certain brands like KitchenAid or Nike/Under Armour.

Clean, bright, easy on and off I-95! Kohls is the only true department store we have in the area.

In the plaza is 5 Guys burgers, Supercuts, a pet supplies store and Big Y. Across the street is a west Marine, Dunkin Donuts,, Wayback Burgers too. Pizza across the street.

I'm not into strip mall and I was dad to see more of the shoreline be built up -- but it has been made attractive.

Friendly people, clean store, great deals, and convenient location. What's not to like?
