King Tire

I am done using them, just keeps getting worse each time. Give yourself 4 plus hours waiting for anything you get done there.

on 10/04/23 I went to King tire to replace a damaged tire on my Prius. They replaced the tire but charged me for 4 new tires. when I realized this I called and they verified that indeed they had charged for 4 tires instead of one and that they would reimburse me for the mistake. It is now 10/09/23 and my card has not been reimbursed for the three tires wrongfully charged. They were aware that I was traveling through Tennessee on my way to Maryland and took advantage of the fact that I would have little recourse. Travelers beware of King Tire in Tennesse.

I took my foreign car in because the AC was not blowing cold air. Left the car picked it up later. AC was working but only lasted less than 24 hr. $380.Took car back 3 days later told it needed some new parts that needed to be ordered. OK quoted a price of $600. Took car back about 5 days later new parts installed actual price $690. Told that they tried very hard but they just couldn't get the compressor to work. I now need a new Compressor. At this point I've already spent $1070. no AC. Quoted price for installation and new compressor approximately $750. I'm no mechanic but I wonder if the initial diagnosis was incorrect..

The folks at King Tire are consistently kind, helpful, honest, and above all...they do a great job while providing awesome customer service. We go there for all our tires and maintenance. I really can't say enough good stuff.

King Tire is a Godsend!

My friends and I were driving from Memphis to Baxter, TN for a bachelorette day of fun when we discovered that the tire on the front passenger side had what we assumed was a slow leak.

We frantically pulled onto the lot at King Tire and two gentlemen checked, discovered a nail that had been overlooked by the staff at Hertz Rental. They plugged it and didn't charge us a red cent!

We are so very grateful to the gentlemen who helped us! May they be blessed richly.

I've been to all locations. The Old Hickory location is the biggest and busiest. I had a tire signal go off at 4:00pm. They rolled it in and fixed it quickly. It cost @25.00 to patch the tire, but the speed and quality is worth it.

I sent my 95 year old dad to the Humboldt King Tire store, and he raved abo ut the service. Nothing ever pleases dad, but they sure did. He got a free cap and was treated royally.

I am from Jackson, MS and was traveling to Nashville for my daughter's graduation. I had a blowout on I-40 in Jackson, TN, and my lug nut key stripped while I tried to remove the keyed nut to change the tire. During my research, King Tire was recommended as a shop that could remove a tire without the key tool.

I spoke to Adam and he said they could help, but they were closing soon. I arrived with my car in tow and said I was going to leave my car for a few days and rent a replacement so I could get to Nashville as scheduled. It was now the end of the work day. But Adam said he'd have me back on the road in 20 minutes. Amazingly, they found a way to remove the key-specific lug nut, replace the tire, and get me on my way inside of an hour.

This was one of the best service experiences in a time of critical need that I've ever had. This is a quality shop with people of high integrity and character.

We popped a tire while road tripping back to the east coast for our wedding and King Tire (with the help of AAA) got us fixed up and back on the road ASAP! They even drove out to get us a tire hey didn't have in stock. The staff (shout out to Kurt and Adam) were incredibly friendly and welcoming and made sure we were well taken care of. What could have been a huge issue regarding us getting to our wedding turned into a great memory to tell for years to come. BIG THANK YOU TO KING TIRE!!!

Many thanks to King tire for helping my daughter with a punctured tire. She doesn't have a lot of experience with car troubles and she said they were super kind and fixed it fast and she was on her way in no time.

I will never return to any King Tire location. We had AC service, and upon reviewing g the detailed bill they used 9 cans of dye. Nine cans! The repair was expecting site and lasted about 60 days. The front end alignment was arguably never completed, because the tread has worn unevenly. On another vehicle a year prior, they replaced parts without asking and asked me to pay.
