Oh no 0Sep 17, 2023Previous reviewI brought my own Brake Repair Kits. Made an appointment... from a detailed list Manager James Killian provided to my Email. "Ready to Go!" I was Confident my requests were understood!
Brakes Installation (use all pre-purchased parts), 4 Wheel Alignment, Check Throttle and Brake Cables, Check Rear Suspension, Lubricate Underbody Moving Parts (checking for creaks and odd sounds)...
... When I arrived precisely at appointment time and spoke at desk - a COMPLETE LACK of Communication between Computer, Associate at Check- and James Chatting in Glass Office (oblivious). In-Out reared an old familiar Medusa's Head! "Okay Mr. Smith, tell me what you need." "I don't have to... It's all in your Computer via Email you sent to me."
15 minutes of reciting my original requests with a boy running around in tattoos and acting like a lost air traffic controller and repeating the same common (needs a thesaurus) phrases without anyone paying attention to him. ??? "Hello, Flight Killian... is anyone there?"
I settled for half the work done... at the researched quote... for WHAT was done. I was happy to get away with a brake job. BTW... they have Shuttle. THAT saved my day!
Killian Auto (3 Locations). "Knock, knock,... is ANYONE listening?" and... that Computer is where people ask for what they want - concisely.
JUST LISTEN to educated customers, Gain Trust.

I had my oil changed and also my tires rotated at the Fountain Inn location. I had received coupons in the mail and decided to try them. They also put a new motor mount on my car . I was very pleased with the service and will definitely go there for all my auto repair needs in the future. The guys were very nice and friendly to my husband and me!
