KFC

We eat more KFC from this restaurant than I've been used to because one of my family loves the place (especially their Mac & cheese). Closer to our house though, there are other chicken choices so we rarely get KFC.

So, I was pleasantly surprised when I swung thru there for takeout one day. I bought the $20 Fill Up box and saw a sign for limited time chicken livers so ordered some to try.

The drive thru is a tight curve, compared to some, but is clean and well maintained. The young lady working the drive thru was quite pleasant.

The Original Recipe from here is the best. We've had the crispy and it falls flat compared to the original. The nuggets are very juicy. The fries are good and they have different sauces now to dunk everything in.

I was very disappointed in the chicken livers. They were overcooked and not seasoned. (I was hoping for at least an OR spice take on them.) Perhaps whomever cooked them was a novice?

Anyway, you cannot beat the $20 Fill Up deal for value (in our experience, it feeds between 4-6 people). Super fast & affordable meal, even through a drive-thru.

Definitely cannot beat their Original Recipe chicken at this particular KFC. It's worth it and gives me nostalgia for the KFC treat I had as a child.

Everyone is so nice and smiling. Grill chicken is dry as they have some of the nicest KFC employees

Absolutely HORRIBLE.... Over 35 min to get mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese!!!!! Yes already paid waited in drive thru then went in to get NO help whatsoever and others were so angry also. This is ridiculous... They could care less that I was waiting for the items and no help no apology NOTHING. Wife had surgery and wanted these items for her and seriously so disappointed.. DO NOT GO THERE AT ALL

I'm not big on fast food but I do enjoy a juicy chicken sandwich. This past weekend I had this original chicken sandwich it was pretty good but the chicken was a little dry and overcooked; the bun was definitely fresh. I may have to visit a different location to give it an overall rating of the sandwich.

Honestly I've had the best fast food service here and good food :) they are always respectful and nice

Remodeled but Chicken stays under the heat lamp till it is dry.

Stopped by for lunch yesterday and ordered a #7 which is Chicken Breast, Mashed Potatoes with Gravy, Hot Cookie and Iced Tea.

Lightly staffed and in many cases, someone is trying to serve the front counter and the drive through as well. After I placed my order, the gentleman at the counter disappeared and I later realized that while he was away, he was also trying to help a drive through customer as well.

As you stand at the counter, you look back upon racks with Chicken already cooked on racks kept hot by lamps. Later when you sit down and eat your chicken, you find it to be very dry. i like mine Extra Crispy which only makes it worst.

Mashed Potatoes and not taste and the consistency of paste. Cookie was excellent however and served hot. Tea was very good as well.

I enjoyed the interior or the dining room. Recently redecorated by someone who had a sense of humor. I enjoyed the Sanders for Senator. Mitch McConnell might have some competition in Kentucky if the Colonel was still alive.

The cashier was rude to a family in line because it was time for her to get off. The manager told her she needed to change her attitude. She got up in the manager face and chewed her out. I am sorry she needed to be fired. I would not have an employee of mine treat a customer the way she treated them. She even told them to leave she was not going to take their order if they couldn't make up their mind.

After waiting 15 minutes for my door dash order I asked how much longer the manager said when we get to it. I'm just asking because most places have the order ready before they request a dasher come get it. I was polite. I feel like it was because he was overwhelmed that he was that short with me but his job is partly to stay calm and talk to customers anyway I will give them another try but I wouldn't suggest ordering from them

Awful food I got the spoiled cabbage salad (I don't even know what it what - part of a combo, looked like coleslaw), everything was disgusting

Worse customer service.. Drove through there multiple times.. Lazy help and bad management..More than once they said they didn't have Original Recipe chicken and also pot pies won't be going back to them..
