Bought a famous bowl & the chicken is still raw!! Avoid wasting your money at this location. 0 STARS!!!!

If I can choose .2 star I would coz this is one of the worst KFC ever, service and the restaurant. And KFC management is to blame here because they allow these employees to mess up the order, which favors them coz they don't have to prepare the food. Yes they can't even take orders on this branch, they walk out do sumtin else in the middle of the order. And they've been like this for years. 5 of my last 6 visits on this store for the past 2 years has a service error, I think KFC accepts the employees' subpar service.

Waited for over 45 min for a chicken sandwich and no food, no apology nothing. Horrible experience. Got a refund tho. Highly doubt not recommend

There should be an option for zero stars because this is the WORST KFC ever.
Asked for sauces for my tenders, no sauce. The driest overdone tenders ever. I couldn't bite through them because they were so dry. Worst of all, they didn't give me a receipt. They should just give up and switch over to a full Taco Bell.
The employees are all so miserable.

0 for 3, went on 3 different occasions and the food is just horrible, chicken and fries so overdone and old then they are inedible, thought well maybe it was just a bad day so I'll give them another shot, all I ordered was fries to go with the chicken I prepared for lunch and I had to toss a whole large fry away, it was all stale and hard again, the staff all look miserable, inside it dirty and just not worth it

The place was so filthy I didn't even order anything. The bathrooms were disgusting. The countertop where you place your order had a footprint on it. The floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in months.

I have been to this KFC 3 times only because my son love kfc and it's close to me 4 mins everytime I say it's gonna be right this time..Not..in the evening around 7pm they are always out of chicken and it seem like they are not going to make anymore it think they close at 10pm I no you sell Taco Bell but I don't want that one time I spent 36 dollars and i wouldn't even feed that chicken to my dog it was so greasy the grease was in the bottom of the box my Mac&cheese was old and dry you can tell it had been sitting out a while, I took it back and got my money back,2nd time last night very greasy and old chicken this one is not worth going to it's alway something wrong with the food there,I also returned my food again for a refund I'm done with that kfc I will take the drive to Rancho cucmonga now,this one is very nasty place.

Slow service. I did a quick pick up order and am still waiting 30 minutes later with no sign of my families meal coming out. You were quick to take my money! Maybe that's the quick part. No front of house I stood there for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Manager or supervisor was non existent. I understand they have to lame fresh chicken but they need to shut off mobile quick pick up if they cannot manage. I have food from Sam's in my car and it's like 100 degrees. Really horrible service. 1 star because I couldn't give less

The whole order of chicken is pink. I will be contacting health department this is disgusting and looking at the comments i see this is a on going issue. I am a lead at a health department location will be contacting the San Bernardino department.

Maybe fix the drive through speaker, difficult for the person who is taking the order to hear.
