KFC

Looks a lil sketchy on the inside and out. Food was good though. at 3:00pm one worker walked in with a bag of McDonalds and ate it at the KFC table.

Other than being close and serving decent chicken, this place is terrible! Understaffed; always new, undertrained personnel; and SLOW. Have more than once been told they're out of chicken (what else is on the menu?). Tonight, I got the special advertised 14-piece bucket. Got home and found only 12 pieces! Buyer beware!

The past few times I've gotten food from this KFC I've been disappointed with how the food tastes. The chicken is soggy and tastes old. They forget food items in my order as well. I won't be eating here anymore!

if you order something on the app, you get notified when your order is ready...15mins, you show up and they either have no clue about your order or they make you wait 45mins to complete it. severely understaffed and not qualified to keep up with demand.

I will not eat here again. This is the second time I've been to this location. I was here last summer as well after waiting 45 minutes for food in the Drive-Thru. Today I went through Ordered chicken sandwich meal. The check-in was old the bun was hard the french fries had a hair in them. And they didn't give me any sauce that I requested I will not be back this place is the s*** hole of the Earth

This store ripped us off over 20 dollars. The food was awful and wrong. Do not go here. Listen to this...dont go.

I don't even want to give them 1 star but I don't have a choice, well the last fives times I've been here nothing but problems!! Wow, where do I even start? RUDE AF EMPLOYEES, cold food, over-cooked food, missing items, wrong items! At least when I dine it I get it fixed, but with tons of attitude and takes forever!! I only kept returning cuz that's the closest KFC and I've been going there for years! Maybe new management that could careless! After reading all the reviews they are all negative and just keep getting negative. Apparently they don't care. Well you've lost another customer, mostly due to your mistakes and rude employees! Last time they didn't even want to wait on me, 3 people doing the drive thru while I just stood there! I'm finally like am I gonna get waited on?? They again mess my order up but since it was 2 go I didn't realize until I was home!

I went through the drive thru at the 2656 West 12th Street, Erie, Pa. KFC and got home to find that I was shorted on my biscuit. This has happened to me several times now that my order was messed up. I have NEVER had a problem at the Peach Street KFC! I need to try and stop going to this KFC and only go to the Peach Street one from now on.

Middle aged woman at the drive thru will try to scam you for the extra buck. Always ask for a receipt.

Who was managing the store Friday night? Way over cooked potato wedges( not edible) chicken was very salty. We have been using the KFC for years, usually very good food. New management maybe? Disappointed this time.
