I even went to the Carnegie Avenue Branch and their Dining area was closed!
Do I have to walk to the damn drive-thru to get my damn order?
I might as well use the damn KFC app to get my damn food! I want to pay homage to my deceased mother on Mother's Day...but I can't this weekend!

Worst kfc in cleveland.. everybody is rude there and they never make your good right, not once! And that's if your lucky and they actually have good in stock.

Easily the worst kfc location I have been to. Food is always cold and I'm always missing items from my order and have to drive back since I had already paid for them. They also don't have food items that are advertised on tv nor do they offer side sauces for the chicken. Flat pop, old hard buns and cold chicken? I'll pass on this location.

My father purchased dinner late last night and when he got home we discovered that half the chicken didn't have crust and with the crust that was there it was soggy like. Also, the corn was dry as candy corn. It was terrible. I called in and was promised the $20 fill up meal which my father went to retrieve today only to be argued with and sent back home with the same crappy meal minus the candy corn. I'm truly disgusted with the treatment of my father.
