KFC

The people never smile or are friendly. And whenever there is a new sauce this is the only kfc that doesn't allow me to have to have sauce unless it's on the sandwich or bowl. They never allow you to have the specialty sauce for fingers or nuggets.

This place constantly scams you for sauce packets I can't tell you how many times they've "forgot" my sauces. And I'm literally paying for it. Went in one day and the whole place was literally filled with smoke. Old lady at the cash register is the meanest old lady worker I've ever met hopefully she fines some sort of peace soon. Also I heard one of the fry cooks mention to his friend how their location had traces of MRSA in the building. Goodluck eating here.

I never placed my order. Was never acknowledged or greeted. Realized that I was the only minority in the place and after waiting for 10 min, while watching the staff serve everyone else I left. Will be reaching out to headquarters

Terrible service we arrived at 6:50 (they close at 7:00) pulled up to the window around 6:52 they had no biscuits so we just got mashed potatoes and then we left with our order, to our surprise they didnt pack our 4 piece tenders then we pulled back and asked where the tenders were (we got back at 6:57) and then they said "sorry we dont have any tenders because its closing time and thats the only things we have" couldnt you have told me earlier?? Anyways they gave us the refund for HALF of our order even though I expected a full refund. We went to burger king and they had MUCH better service

Hadn't been there much, but got a coupon in the mail so decided to give it a try. Always ordered the potatoe wedges with my meal, surprise, they replaced the with French fries. What an improvement! wow, LOVE THEIR NEW FRIES! (Also love the cole slaw.). I'm trying to watch my carbs, so I decided to cut out French fries..... Except my very favorites. Now only sweet potato fries, (available at Marleys and 2 Kings Pizza, AND KFC FRIES). All others are out. Try KFC fries, best regular type fries ever!

We were on the road and go excited to see it.
Was my first time, and it was delicious, hot and crispy!!
The place didn't have AC, was very humid and hot.
Not as clean as expected for the times, they allow people to be without mask.
They do have bathrooms available which are a must when you are driving for long hours.
Staff was not friendly I think for the high demand.
Big line drive thru and also long line and wait for inside take out.
They have an option of extra crispy! I highly recommend!

Literally the worst KFC in existence. Let's start with their drive-thru. I have been through their drive-thru probably a dozen times and I've had to take my order back inside because it was cold or incorrect each and every time.

Dining inside isn't much better. Far fewer food errors, but the dozen or so times I've been inside this place it hasn't been exceptionally clean. Kitchen is always a hot mess and the dining area isn't much better.

Today was the straw that broke the camel's back. Went in the drive through and was given cold food. Felt like my chicken sammich came out of the fridge. Went inside to complain and get hot food and the dining area was still dirty. Check the date here - we're in the middle of a pandemic and the dining area has been closed for like 2 months! Wtf have they been doing in there? Dirty floors and I could see food crumbs on several tables.

Should have stopped going to this location years ago. Shame on me, but I'll not be going back again.

This KFC is terrible. Most incompetent staff I have run into awhile. They are polite and courteous, however they spend more time talking then working. It took them 20 min to make our order witch consisted of two famous bowls and 2 smoky mountain barbecue chicken littles. When our meal came out they only had one bowl on the trey. It took another 10 min to make the second bowl. When we went to sit down and open the chicken littles they was plane no sauce. Please get it together.

Never Austin again grease taste like fish fries salty ! The quest ever i will never eat KFC again!

I went to KFC while I was on vacation with my girlfriend seeing her family as they live in Bloomsburg. We had a long day at knoebels and we decided to stop and eat at KFC since the prices at the park are not the best. I ordered a Spicy Chicken sandwich box and my girlfriend got a 3 piece tender box. I was given a famous bowl and I went back through and asked to speak to a manager. I was then talking to a women named Olivia who was 0 help at all. She was continuously eating while arguing and yelling back at me. I then finally got my correct meal and she threw sauce into my car when I asked after our rebuttal. This woman needs to leave!
