Kelly's Health and Wellness

I have been a client of Kelly's for the better part of 4 years. She is amazing. My massages are consistent and effective. I look forward to seeing her every month. She is very kind and the space is warm and welcoming!

Kelly is straight up amazing. She always makes me feel comfortable and her firm pressure is exactly what I need to work out all the kinks and tightness in my body (although I like the firm pressure, she's receptive to whatever you like/want). She also uses (with your permission) cups, a massage gun, and gua sha stones, all of which I love.

I've been going to her consistently for the last 6 months and I don't know what I would do without her. As a firefighter and a wanna be athlete, my body gets wrecked constantly. I couldn't do what I do without the regular massages from Kelly. It blows my mind that everyone doesn't get regularly massaged, like doesn't your body hurt?! Maybe some people have accepted a stiff, achey body, but you don't have to! If you think you can't afford it, I would argue that massage is preventative healthcare, keeping you healthier, more limber, and less likely to suffer from injuries and ailments down the road.

I'm always bummed when the massage is over! I swear I could lie there for hours getting worked on. I always feel so much better after a session with her. Couldn't recommend enough.

Kelly is an amazing, highly skilled certified massage therapist with over 15 years+ experience. You should check her out, very professional and kind-hearted. She is also a life coach, I have not obtained those services from her, but can confirm she is a go-getter with a great positive attitude!

1000% would recommend came in with so much tension, pain and many many knots in back. Kelly took care of me and knew exactly what I needed. Will definitely be coming back to her soon!
