Great local place with wide range of sauces and heat, big wings, fried well, and just good local place.

First time ordering and we ordered 16 lemon pepper boneless wings and 6 mango habanero wings. We received bourbon wings with Newman's Own ranch packets! Yikes!!!!!! Thought and hope this would be a cool won't spot and found out it's just not that. Very disappointed and won't be ordering from here again.
To the employees... check your orders! It takes two seconds and you'll like received 3-4 stars instead of a GENEROUS 2.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Nicole O.Highlands Ranch, CO191214Feb 4, 2021First to Review
We were excited to try a new place and support local. We just received our delivery. We are missing the sides of carrots and celery for both meals. The fries in the picture were $5.75! I thought surely it would be a larger quantity. I also paid extra, $1.25 each for ranch and blue cheese and received packets. Very disappointing. The stars are only for the taste of the lemon pepper wings which are tasty. The up charges, forgetting of items and quality made for an unfortunate dinner choice.

This is a ghost kitchen located at Rock Bottom. They seem to be trying different "delivery only" concepts, and so far it appears the food is mediocre. One other concept was called Twisted Tenders which we tried last year. The food was just ok and I thought it would be better freshly cooked; the homemade potato slices were a little soggy and the chicken wasn't as crispy as I like. I attempted to go to the restaurant to try it in person, but the address was Rock Bottom. I was sure it was a typo, so I kept searching for the actual restaurant. I finally gave up and Googled the name; after some digging I discovered it was a ghost kitchen at Rock Bottom. It feels like a restaurant has less investment in a food concept when they can hide from any failures or bad reviews. They simply rename the "delivery only" restaurant name and no one knows differently. I have heard some ghost kitchens are very successful. It seems logical that the ghost kitchen can only be as good as the actual restaurant.
