Just Love Coffee Cafe - Downtown Knoxville

Bottom line: great coffee, great service, and clean, great atmosphere. Very impressed with this little joint. Baristas know how to actually make a latte. So many other shops scorch the milk and it kills me- but not these guys! Beautifully crafted creations are all they serve in their mugs! Overall presentation of the shop floor is very aesthetic and pleasing. They have a delightful selection of breakfasts, lunch foods, and pastries. Highly recommended for the campus student or the traveler passing through. This cafe is conveniently located right in front of the Graduate Hotel.

My roommates and I went this morning on a Sunday. We ended up waiting over an hour for our food. When we finally got our food, they were out of gravy and didn't offer a replacement or an apology of any kind and didn't tell us when we ordered our food. My cinnamon rolls came black and hard, ultimately inedible. They are severely understaffed and need to have more people working for a Sunday brunch time??? They claim to offer campus care payment method but it's out of service. Overall not impressed at all, terrible experience.

Do. Not. Go. Unless, you have endless time to wait and wait and wait for a simple sandwich. Very kind staff, but the absolute worst service. And the coffee is so bad. Would give zero stars

It's aight. I recently tried out this location and got some pig dippers and the breakfast tacos and honestly it wasn't that impressive. Aside from this the staff and cleanliness of this location was very nice! The matcha I ordered was so yummy in my tummy mmm mmm mm. Unfortunately though I got the real pumpkin spice and there ain't no pumpkin in that spice. It was simply a coffee But at least them pigs were dipping!
