Juicy's Vapor Lounge

Went in explaining that my Smok Nova had stopped working. I had done research on several ones & they had the 3 that I had wanted. I asked questions about each one & the girl did AMAZING!! She gave me her honest opinion on others I asked about & she gave me her opinion on them. I got the Ursa Nano & LOVE IT!!

Friendly staff and great products and selection. Always helpful when asking questions.

I love the ladies at Juicys! They are always super helpful and nice! I walk in and they help me as quickly as possible and I'm out within a few minutes with exactly what I need.

Extremely rude staff. Refused to serve me because I was purchasing something for my wife overseas, claimed that I was being "sketchy". I worked with them and showed them a photo of her ID yet they were still obnoxious about it. They finally agreed to serve me but acted as if I was an inconvenience and as if they were doing my favor, completed my purchase and will never go back. Absolutely terribly, find a better shop. Or better yet, don't waste money on this garbage.

horrible horrible horrible customer service! so disrespectful towards their customer. the girl who claimed to be a "manager" of the store was very very arrogant and rude. she didn't know how to talk to a customer!

Their juice is good and a reasonable price. They only charge slightly more than online stores and the staff is friendly. 10x better than the location in Manhattan which I'll never go to again.

Overpriced for basically watered down juices because they mix them, themselves. Bought the Hemp Lucid for $70 with "good review" from one of the employees, and it burnt 3 coils up in a couple days, didn't know what was happening other than I thought I was just overusing it. And they had no knowledge even thought she "uses it herself." Plus it didn't help with any kind of anxiety or relaxation, also tasted AWFUL. They literally bullshit you to buy the most expensive things when they haven't tried their own products just to get them sold. They also couldn't tell us why our vapes kept leaking, said it was normal. WRONG, its because their products are so watered down, they just leak right through. There isn't much choice in Junction City, but save your money and buy offline, Rex's Vapor-lounge or go to Manhattan!! We moved and found an actual vape shop with knowledge AND great products that aren't tampered with or anything.
