Joe Vicari's Andiamo Italian Steakhouse

If you want to venture to Fremont Street to enjoy a good meal, this is a great stop. The atmosphere was typical of a nice steakhouse. The wine selection was nice and we decided on #407 which was a nice Super Tuscan. The service was excellent and we never had to wait for anything. There were a lot of great things we wanted to try. The lobster bisque was fabulous, the calamari was good, the steak was cooked perfectly to temp, but the real star of the show was the lobster black truffle baked ziti - wow was this delicious! It was a nice meal!

To start the service was amazing Hugo our server made us feel comfortable and explained everything so well he advised my mother he spoke Spanish and that made her feel more comfortable

Good quality, very enjoyable. Old style steak preparation (buttery/on a hot place with juice), good sides (really enjoyed my Caesar salad). Dessert meh. Somewhat old fashioned vibe - e.g., middle aged men in white jackets are the servers -- i.e., real waiters, as it should be.

A classic American steakhouse doing it the old school way with excellence. White jacket PROFESSIONAL servers, tufted leather circular booth and truly excellent fare.

This was our second visit during our annual trip during March Madness and like a year ago we were treated to the exceptional service and rapier wit of Miguel our server.

Wonderful! Best steak! Service is superb! White table cloth! The mushroom streak tips appetizer so good! Wedge is huge and lots of flavor. Risotto perfect consistency and lots of flavor. Good wine selection. Portions are big. I wanted to try more things from the menu definitely will be back! Parking in parking structure is busy and little hard to get out.

My buddies suggested this place. I went with my wife. Had appetizers soups and steak. I spent over 250 but it was well worth it. I'll be coming back.

If you're looking for old Vegas, look no further, than Andiamo. The second you walk in you feel like you are in a movie like Casino or Goodfellas. I would call ahead and make a reservation because it does get busy. You are greeted as soon as you walk in and treated with the utmost respect that decor spectacular. There is a large assortment of food on the menu, and if you were not familiar with this type of food, it is always good to ask your waiter and they will give you amazing advice. It was very hard to choose because everything he described seemed better and better than the last, ultimately I settled on the veal in my date on the steak. I recommend this place if you are having a special occasion or want to have a nice business meeting because it is very fancy.

Our fave steak place. We would think about driving all the way from SD to LV just for the steaks every now and then! My daughter and I shared the bone in ribeye, which is not a common item on the menu of steakhouses, so it's always a treat. She dreams about the truffle whipped potatoes! My son had the lamb chops, which is something he now orders every time he sees it on the menu. The service was also amazing! I'll pass the risotto, though.

I had an amazing experience at a restaurant I recently visited! I ordered the gnocchi, and the mashed potatoes were absolutely scrumptious. The waiter was highly attentive and made sure our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. It was so great that I decided to have a French 75 to finish off the meal, and he made it perfectly.

I'm so disappointed in my meal and experience here especially after reading so many raving reviews.

We went down to Fremont since we've never been in all the times we've been here and was looking for a good meal to go with the experience. This just added to the disappointing experience than enhancing it.

First off our waiter wasn't very friendly and was just trying to get us in and out, which for a $300 meal shouldn't be that way.

I was really excited about the Caesar salad that was supposed to be tableside and a minimum of two...so for $36 I got no tableside and a heavy dressed.

The risotto was the worse thing I've ever seen it had. It's like the did a book bag and out three asparagus on it.

The steak seasoning was good but the steak was cooked inconsistent. It was over in some palaces and way under in others.

The only good thing they had was the cheese bread. I'll definitely pass on coming back here.

Made reservations here after some golf and it was one of the only places that had any openings. Reservation was for 8:15 but they were running way behind. We wound up hitting the craps table for probably an hour before our table was finally ready.

But the manager came out to apologize for the wait and comped a few apps.

Service was really good once we were seated and the appetizers came out as soon as we sat down.

I got a medium rare ribeye and it was cooked to perfection. I've been craving a good steak for a while and this thing was fantastic.

Also ordered roasted potatoes which were very good and came in a portion large enough to share with a group of 5.

Prices were also reasonable. 70 for the ribeye... not bad compared to some other places.

I'd definitely come back although hopefully they'll be able to honor the right reservation time.
