Walking in time. This burger joint has the 50's feel. Cool little spot I think my father RR. Bay growing up here would have eaten here back in the day.

Fast food type dishes in a fun, old-timey atmosphere. Kind of social event as you chat with strangers while you wait for your order to finish. The staff was friendly under stress (busy night at JJ's).

Had to stop here again. The burger was juicy and tasty like last time. The fries were pretty good. But we just had to try the fish and were surprised. We did do another dip in the soft serve and they did it once again. Sad the twist was not working.

Traveling across the country we were staying at the hotel just across the street from this restaurant. We were not too hungry so we decided to try a few items to share.

We ordered a large hot fudge malt, a small onion rings and a fish with cheese sandwich. There were many flavors you can add to the malt. I chose hot fudge. I know it is boring but how can hot fudge goes wrong! Their malt was so thick and rich. I was glad that I ordered a large size.

The fish sandwich and onion were okayed. I am not an onion ring fan. But I highly recommend their malt! I would give their malt a 5 stars alone.

So I like trying various drive ins and have been blown away before, but this was standard fare all around. I got a burger and fries and a chocolate malt. The malt was too think to drink, and there was no spoon, but I make malts all the time and would say this was nothing special. A foam cup - which tries to claim on the outside it is environmentally friendly - was also quote off-putting. The burger was greasy and average.

What was most disturbing was the complete disregard for the mask order. I was nervous about eating my food because the staff did not wear masks and most of the customers coming up did not either. This would have made a nice roadside stop on road trips, but if you can't even wear a mask, I wonder if you wear gloves, wash your hands, etc.

I highly recommend this place as it has very easy access, if you have a trailer, and want to eat home good food or ice cream.

What a great little place conveniently off 90. We were coming back through from Sturgis and parked the camper at the bank just before this gem. Everything was fantastic, fair prices, nice-sized portions!

We passed this place on way back to I90 from pipestone AND wow!! Folks are so kind. Food is awesome! Shakes are thick, spoon required ;-) we are just passing through BUT will definitely detour our route again when we are in MN

Clean, cozy dining area. You can eat inside or out. Today was 80 degrees out! Extensive ice cream and sundae menu. Burgers as you dream them to be; beefy with the right amount of condiments.....oooh this is a tasty burger!
Great shoestring French fries.
