Jimmy John's

I have never had a bad experience at this Jimmy John's and it's very close to my house. My usual is #4 Turkey Tom with sprouts (optional) and cheese ($0.75 add on).

Today I learned about their Lil John option which is a smaller version of the regular. I liked it! May be my new go-to.

I think I have only ever eaten here once before today. My co-worker talked me into ordering with her because she "loves the bread" and she went and picked up. She brought our lunch back and both sandwiches were served to us with hard, burnt bread. Sadly, her sandwich had BARELY any Turkey on it. She ended up taking off the top of the sandwich and eating it open faced so it wasn't made entirely of bread. I won't be back to this location ever.l and would like to thank them for ruining my lunch. Do better.

Horrible customer service and bad attitudes. Go elsewhere or even a different Jimmy John's.

My experience was enjoyable. The establishment was clean, organized, fast, and the staff were very friendly and it was nice to hear them singing while they working. We will definitely return to this location again. Thanks for the great service!

Very slow. Rude . They get my order wrong every Time. I miss the old manager that works at harbor freight. He got things in order . On time .

Not this manager . Get rid of this person and things will be great again

JJ's makes good sammies when there are actually employees around. They also never have delivery out in SF. For a company that advertises that, I find that very annoying.

This location has unfriendly staff. It doesn't take much to say "hello, thank you, and you're welcome "
The music is fine but very loud. Bad for conversations. This is the first time I have to pay for a cup to drink tap water. It will be a long time before I return to this location.

It was mid. The sandwich was good staff mid good location for a snack after school. Soya

Always stop here wen visiting santa fe. They're always great except for one visit an associate was a little short with me, i already ordered and was chillen by the register didnt even look at them while i grabbed a cookie and another water, but the associate was bugged i was still standing there and asked me to sit down i shared i just needed to pay for my extra items. That was a bit rude. I dnt want that to ruin it for me cuz I usually boycott businesses for just being rude :-/ food is always good though so make your own judgment please.

When this place opened it was great but it has gone down hill so much. They are supposed to be speedy like the commercial but not in this case. Some of the employees are snappy and don't believe in customer service. There is never a manager on duty so these kids just run it very poorly. Sad...
