Jimmy John's

We waited an hour and a half for our "freaky fast subs". I called the restaurant to check on my order (45 minutes after we ordered) and we were told they were on their way. We continued to wait, so I called back 1.5 hours after I ordered. The manager, Sarah proceeded to tell me there was a warning stating there was a long delivery time and she actually hung up on me.

We received damp subs that we ended up throwing away

I never received a message about the long delivery time in addition I have an email that clearly states it would be a 30 minute delivery.

I would recommend avoiding this location and try one of the other small businesses in town.

Delivery should not be offered at this location as it took them 40 minutes to go about a mile. When I ordered it did not say the delivery would be slower. Store employees that answer the phone need to learn customer service etiquette. Freaky slow

In our busiest day of the year at our school they messed up the order (w/ an allergy concern mind you) and then refused to fix it or even reimburse us for 1 sub. Manager (Sarah) was beyond rude. Bring your business anywhere else.

I know it just a sandwich place. It's tuff to give any fast food place 4 stars but I've been there 3 times and it's been consistent.

Took almost an hour for their, "freaky fast delivery." Delivery driver told me, "Sorry, we are super busy, even our corporate orders are running 15-20 minutes late." I don't understand how this is my fault. Bread was hard and my soda tasted like carbonated water so I threw it out.

we order from here every few weeks. Everyone is always friendly and polite. I am a bit of a picky eater so always having them remove something. Odered last nigbt and service was great except had mayo on my sandwich when asked for none...mistakes happen.

I've never been a huge fan of Jimmy John's and I still won't order food here. However, my husband loves it so one day I stopped and picked him up some lunch. They were incredibly fast at getting my order made. I was in and out within 3 minutes probably.

Not great but it's good. Not a far of their cheese, they aren't the quickest when ordering delivery but better than the delivery apps that take 2 hours

Sandwiches are good but management has consistently been rude. They got our order wrong once after delivery and when they diverted the correct sandwich- charged us for it (note- until this we had ordered at least once every 2 weeks for our family). This rudeness has continued in a number of situations- good thing there is a Subway close

So freaky-SLOW that I cancelled my order and called Milio's - 45 minutes later! And this has occurred multiple times!
