This is the place I go to get my oil changes. The staff are always nice and they do a great job of getting you in and out. I love the doggys that stay up front. The waiting room is clean andThe prices are great!

I'm sure the bearded fellow only meant the highest amount of respect when he called me "boss" over and over on my visit, but some people could mistake a word like "boss" to be condescending. I would like to give some free advice - use "sir", no one mistakes that for you having a chip on your shoulder and condescendingly calling a customer "boss" over and over. Good luck!

I came to this location on 11/26/22 for an oil change. Workers Allen, Sam, and Connor performed services on my car according to my receipt.
To start, the cashier charged me incorrectly and had to give me a refund. That day I put about $1000 in my glove compartment to deposit after I got an oil change. I never had an issue with that location before, however, these employees seemed new. Once I left, I went to deposit my money and discovered that only $200 was left. I had $800 missing from my original amount.
I tried to go back and figure out what happened but, by the time I went they were closed. I called the next day and the manager said that he did open my glove compartment and put my money aside but that is all, he claimed that he was the only one to service my car and that he would check cameras just in case. I went in person a couple of minutes after to have a look at the cameras myself, but they were not helpful at all and the manager said that they do not have cameras after all. He became a bit snappy and I made sure to speak to them in a civil manner hoping they would help me if they did not take it. That was not the case.
I recommend no one come to this location and if you must, please keep a close eye on whatever they are doing to your car and what they are taking out. I am a college student and I really needed that money for school. Now I'm in a really bad place because it got taken. Be careful.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information

I went to the location on Market st to get an oil and filter change in June 2023. I have been to this location over a dozen times. I took the car in, they said it would be 45-60 minutes because 5 cars were ahead of me. It didn't take quite that long but when they called me up to pay the charge for the oil change was $115! the last time I went in Feb same service was $60. I noticed after he told me that there were no prices posted inside anywhere either on a board or on paper. you can not lookup prices online either nor does the person checking in your car say anything about the price of the service! What a rip off! to get an estimate online you have to put in your Vin #. WTF! I have been a Jiffy Lube customer for 20 years but NEVEr again! the customer right after me was also shocked! Super Rip off....plus your checkout receipt doesn't even verify the individual services they did like they used to. The new receipts are super generic and general( or look homemade)! They are intentionally misleading customers! You can get your oil change at a dealership cheaper! At least they will tell you the price before!

Having been to many Jiffy Lube franchises across the country, had an expectation of what the experience would be here. Wilmington location however surprised and exceeded those expectations. Great crew really makes the difference. Responsive on arrival, super explanation of services and super clean facility. Highly recommend this location

Terrible. Sorry guys, but I can't leave a good review. when I came back out to my truck the day after the oil change there was puddle of oil in the driveway. The plug was not tightened all the way, the filter was loose, and there was oil all over the engine compartment. And no, this is not an old problem I'm blaming on JL. This is carelessness pure and simple. No not take your vehicle there.

I came here to get my oil changed and the guys did everything perfectly. I over heard the guys talking about there boss who I'm guessing is the blond lady that sits at the desk all day and bitches about how "unorganized" they are when I thought they where perfectly fine, and how she threatened to fire all of them so I believe they might need new management because I wouldn't want to work there either and hear that all day!

I went to get my oil changed like I always did there but this time I was told they can't change it this t because there is a recall on my car. The supposed recall was the oil filter housing and that it cracks when putting the oil filter back on.
I called a Dodge dealership and Jan then look to see if there was a recall on my vehicle. There wasn't an active recall on my vehicle. They straight out lied to me. Maybe they got sued for cracking the housing on somebody's vehicle. They just got new owners 3 months ago and also they don't carry my oil filter anymore.
