Jiffy Lube

I just got my oil changed here and was very impressed with the service. I arrived about 40 minutes before closing and didn't expect them to get me in but I'd make my appointment for the following day. They told me it would be no problem at all to change the oil and told me about a Groupon deal they are currently running where they are doing their full synthetic oil change for $35. Thls sounded like a great deal to me.

I was primarily impressed with the friendly and helpful person working there. I wish I'd gotten his name but he was just exceptional. Very good customer service. I will be back.

The employees here are very friendly and really try and take care of customers, Amaul and Ian did a great job. Also the service is always good at jiffy lube as they top off your fluids and vacuum your car.

If you wanting you car getting fckup go head by car was fine not perfect but it wasn't marking noises till they put hand on it then come again they saying they did hasn't nothing to do with the noise but another. Mechanic said that it's way they mess with but they keep saying ain't what they did so they ain't fixing it so get ready to fckup you car if you want work done And it's true look at the oyente tuviese not on the recent ones of 4 starts look no the other ones of actually costumer got ripoff as well I have tickets of what supposed got done and what I have done at the other place so nop they ain't lying

Today, I have to drive quite a distance and I remembered that I'm due for an oil change. Unfortunately, my regular place the Car Doctor was fully booked today, which prompted me to search for a place close to my job. So, I Googled until I located Jiffy Lube. First, I called to check prices and how long the service would take and everything was just what I wanted to hear. During my break I jumped in my car zoomed right over to Jiffy Lube.

The Greeting:
Robert (store mgr) was the first to greet me with a smile. He got my keys, told me to have a seat and help myself to coffee. Definitely not a long wait for them to get started. next person I met with was sweetie pie, Josh. He was the one who broke down the service and prices. I was informed that this was the only full service center in Oklahoma that means they can fix just about anything on any vehicle. Glad they made me aware of this so I can tell others (Yelpers of course).

The Service:
Got oil change, filters, and battery cleaning done at a really reasonable price.
They cleaned my windows too.

Overall, Jiffy Lube met my needs. Now, I'm able to travel confidently today feeling safe.

This is probably one of the cleanest JL's that I've ever seen! The staff was very friendly and accommodating; offered coffee and water while I waited. I arrived around 0800 to get an oil change and it was finished by . Sacha, the customer service rep, went through the normal routine of telling me what they were doing, services offered, prices, and recommendations for optional services, etc.

Some things I prefer to have done at a dealership and I probably could have gotten an oil change done for less there, but the guys here were professional and did not pressure me in their approach.

Based upon my experiences and the convenience of Jiffy Lube, I'd come here again.

Waiting room was full upon arrival. I have a newborn baby flown in to children's with respiratory distress . In order to avoid covid risks I asked a technician if it would be ok if my wife and I could stay in our vehicle. He politely said sure! Soon after another technician came out and told me if I'm worried about covid that was not the place for me, his wife works around covid patients all the time with covid and he would be pulling my vehicle forward. Manager needs to be involved in this! How ridiculous! This technician should not be pulling vehicles forward with his situation.

Took mom's car in for a routine oil change on a Friday afternoon. Once pulled up to the garage a man greeted me, showed me the waiting area, and literally finished the oil change in like 5 minutes. Fast, efficient, and the workers have great customer service.

I had to get an oil change so I took my car here. As I pulled up someone greeted me and then sent me inside asking if I wanted coffee or water while they looked at my car. They went over which kind of oil I should get with my husband and then, started the oil change. The man showed my husband why I needed new filters so we ended up getting that done too.

We got a call asking if I wanted something else done and we responded no thank you. With the oil change they vacuumed my car and cleaned my windows. I was very impressed. My car was done very fast which is always great. Not a five star because to me, they are a little bit pricey.

This is the worst service I have ever gotten here and I've been coming for almost 6 years I don't know if its new management or what but only one car in front of me 8 employees an hour later and no explanation

They were very prompt and polite. My car was in and out in about 10 mins and they honored my groupon without argument.

Staff was super cool and friendly and they recommended all types of products.

Only 4/5 because I did feel a bit pressured to buy additional products. That may work for women but I am very mechanically inclined and I know what I do and do not need.
