Gregory, Adam, and their team are absolutely awesome! They are the reason I continue to go here. Friendly, professional, caring, and take time to teach you (if you want) and encourage you to stop by anytime, even for a little question. You can tell that they care about their customers, their vehicles, and the safety of their customers and passengers.

I have a Kia Telluride and they take great care of it. They are kind and seem like humans that you can really trust. I highly recommend this location!!!

I'm not one to post reviews but I had such a bad experience at this location. The two guys that helped me spent more time talking to one another than checking my car. They did not check my lights, show me the line to confirm they have successfully filled up the oil or checked my filter. This was my first and last time going to a jiffy lube. I'll stick with valvoline or take 5.

My car needed an oil change in short notice and I was in Columbus for a wedding. They took my car is quickly and found that the oil filter had seized and they couldn't remove it. They were able to change the oil, and gave me lots of info on what to tell a service center to make sure I got the filter replaced at a store that could do it. I was very happy with how informational and helpful they were. Me of the mechanics even offered to help me the next day with changing brakes which I didn't have time for that evening!

As always, I cannot say enough goodness about this place. They've taken care of my sweet ass Kia Soul since I moved here. Mike, again today, provided a 5-star experience. What a happy, friendly guy! If only all my customer service experiences were like this. It was hot as ballz out yet I was I and out in 15 min. with a renewed confidence for the next 3000+ miles.

Great work. Nice guy helped me. Changed my air cabin filter as requested with my oil change. Gave me $15 discount i found online. No hassles. Glad i stopped at this location.

Been bringing my vehicles here for years. They never disappoint, or try to sell you anything you don't need. Very friendly-- they all seem to love what they do! Highly recommend!

There is no heat in the garage for the hard working technicians.
The workers are so kind. I suggest no one use Jiffy Lube until heat is provided.
Ps. There are heaters but the management will not turn them on.!!!

I had the best experience here! The staff was efficient, honest and trustworthy. I was not concerned with them racking on unnecessary extras or up selling me (like most other oil change places). Will be back!

I wasn't aware that they closed at 4 pm on Sundays. I told them that I could come back tomorrow, but they were very nice and said come on in and we'll do your oil change real quick. Nobody is ever this nice, and I really appreciated it! Awesome customer service!

Got my oil changed here, they were fast and friendly. The. A couple weeks later I had a piece of my aerodynamic plastic garbage under my car come apart from the ice we had a week ago and they removed it for free THANK YOU!! You got a repeat customer in me! Keep up the good work :)
