Don't even think about it not going to Jets if you're gonna be in Michigan.

The worst customer service I've ever received! I asked the manager GLEN a very simple question. I wanted to confirm if I could use the coupon code over the phone or was it online only. I explained I was getting a error message while trying to process order online. He was very rude and obnoxious!!! I will never spend my money here again!

Great pizza! Really enjoy it when I'm in town, quickly delivery... about a mile and a half from my hotel and it's usually still nice and hot.

Any chance Jet's Pizza opens a location on L.A.?

Honestly, I have no idea how this place is in business. The reviews are correct; I would avoid this place entirely if I were you.

Headed home last night, my bf ordered a pizza online (to pay with cash in store). When we arrived, the cashier tried to charge us more than the price stated on the online receipt. My bf showed the cashier and she flagged the manager down. His response was to do absolutely nothing, and storm off. He eventually came back and gave us a lower, but still not the correct, price. So, my bf, trying to not make a scene in front of the growing line behind us, decided to just pay the total.

We were going to just let it go (and by the way, having worked in food service, you can change totals by overriding in the computer. Not sure how you're a manager and don't know how to do this.) However, the cashier handed us the order with an ACTUAL RECEIPT for the total we should have paid online in the first place, along with a copy of the receipt my bf signed FOR A DIFFERENT TOTAL. When I confronted her, she stated "Where did you get that?". I informed her that she LITERALLY just gave us that receipt. She looked at us like we were stupid, and called the useless manager back over. He couldn't figure it out and just handed my bf a dollar to get rid of us. Who even knows where the receipt came from, so unsanitary.

Never got an apology and clearly the staff needs re-training. I will not be returning here again.

In a pinch my Wife and I order 2 medium pizzas. Simple cheese and pepperoni, nothing fancy. When the pizza's arrived the temperature was tepid. It is almost indescribable how absolutely horrible these pizzas were. We took 1 slice from each pizza. We could not make it through 2 bites on each slice. The consistency of the bread was like cardboard And the cheese was like eating rubber It never broke down in your mouth. Both pizzas ended up in the trash And a check box was put that next to you In establishment that we will never order from again. Time to try Belle Isle pizza. My wife wanted to call and complain, but I stated to what end? I did not want a reorder or discount on more bad food. Yuck!

We've been sending pizzas to our essential workers as a recognition for the important work they're doing (at risk to their health). Jet's has been our go-to place for those pizzas. Everyone loves Jet's and delivery from there has been rock solid.

Being from Michigan such a taste of home... love the classic! BBQ chicken is my favorite!

Will NEVER return to this place again. horrible customer service. Paid for my food and got there, couldn't pick it up because I didn't have an ID. You would think that the policies would be communicated BEFORE YOU MAKE A PURCHASE.
