great food amazing quality. Kind workers good time. Does not take a while to get your food. Very clean and modern.

WORST SUB PLACE place an order went to pick it up was given wrong order when I called I was told I was wrong could never happen. My order two subs I got sub soda and chips. Called corporate but after 2 months of trying to get a refund I was told each store is independent and the store manager had to give refund another 4 weeks final received a call from UNION SHIT STORE. INSTEAD OF GIVING ME A REFUND SHE CHARGED ME FOR A WHOLE ORDER AGAIN.

WHAT A SHIT SHOW

1st and only time I will be ordering from this company! My colleagues and I from work put in an order on Sunday through Ubereats for 6 various subs. After over an hour later we checked and it showed the order as being completed??!! Clearly nothing was received by us so we started the in app chat process to inquire about the order. It's a 3rd party order and mistakes happen a lot as I deal with that in the restaurant I work for. I called the restaurant to to see what options I had available and the manager said we could have the order remade for a pick-up or assistance with getting my money refunded. I asked to have the items remade. I drove to the location (after paying for delivery, fees, and a tip?!) and picked up the items. Stupid me I started to check the items there but I just counted to make sure all the items were there which appeared correct. Upon arrival I checked my sandwich and for close to 16 dollars this is what I received??? Where is the meat on my "giant" sandwich? No option to add other toppings ...Look at my colleagues tuna sandwich? Barely any protein to be seen. No one was happy..... We can't say if the 1st order was better but clearly no love went into the 2nd order unfortunately... I'm just baffled at the popularity of this brand if this is what is being served!! Still fighting for my refund..... never again....

Service is pleasant food is good but as i visit all locations they all make a error of remembering not to put cheese on my sandwich. They always fix the problem but it is a little frustrating having to return if I don't order in person!

Very expensive and hardly any meat on the sandwich. A half sub (what they call a regular) was $9.00
Comparably at the local sub shop here in Union Mr. Sub this would be 5.00 and he puts a ton of meat on the sandwich.
Mr. Sub was closed so I went here and I will never go here again.

A lot of people that know me know its tough to give a great word on "chains". I have three suggestions.. though everything is good as long as the line is on point and hears your order out..
ham salami provo lettuce tomato mayo oil vinegar salt pepper oregano and onions.. banana peppers if you want a kick.. reg white roll.. winner!!!!
Turkey provo , same way as above ..
and i think my fave..? Chicken cheesesteak ketchup mayo, grilled onions (do the peppers if youd like, i do pepps onions sometimes usually just onions).. lightly toasted/pressed on the flat top.. oooofahhhhhh soooo good.. all depends on who ya got making it for ya.. try these out though..

During covid times, Jersey Mike's delivers via UberEats, Door Dash, and GrubHub. My hubs and I were in the mood for Italian subs (#13 on their menu). I wanted a "mini" which is like a quarter of a sub while he wanted "regular" which is about half. Accidentally, they made 2 regulars which was really nice of them. According to their menu, it was supposed to have provolone, ham, prosciutto, capicola, salami, and pepperoni, but it seemed to be really heavy on the ham and skimpy or actually missing some of the other meat types listed. I also found the sub to be a little on the skimpy side.

this site gets only 2 star ,

1) Bathroom is never clean
2) the subs does not tasty like other locations. the philly cheese steaks are bright examples, canot continue going there. so I change deli shop

Despite the poor reputation of at least one of their area locations, this (and most) Jersey Mike's spots makes a good commercial-grade sandwich. Sometimes they're a bit surly behind the counter or sloppy in their wrapping, but their #7 (turkey and provalone) and #13 (original Italian) are predictably tasty. I wouldn't be quick to compare a sub chain to a good neighborhood Italian deli, but the latter isn't found everywhere.

Jersey Mike's is usually very accommodating to requests for adding (or removing) secondary components, special sandwich cutting or marking.

We usually pick-up in person, rather than using one of the delivery services, and they aren't always ready at the time indicated by their website. That said, we aren't kept waiting long.

Completely incompetent location. Sent gluten filled food to a celiac who ordered correctly through the app but the location changed the order. Sent Pepsi to two diabetics who ordered diet pepsi. Refuses refund, incompetent customer service. $38 for food that could kill my family.
You are forced to order through the app and then when food arrives wrong the only answer thats given is too bad you ordered through the app.
