I appreciate the quick service and excellent sandwiches! The seating is somewhat crowded but otherwise a nice place to eat.

I ordered 2 sandwiches and the guy asked if I wanted mayo Or mustard I said yes to Mayo no mustard as he proceeds to put mustard on it and then rudely wipes it off and I had to ask 3 times for a new slice of bread and he told me to "chill" the total was $40 for 2 sandwiches and a drink... will not be back. I can't believe how rude they are here and clueless.

I don't even know where to start.
Right before my sub was mad, a lady came in wanting to pick up her online order. The store didn't have it and they told her they would make it now, and use her phone receipt to make it. The employee proceeds to take the lady's phone, place it on the surface where the food is made, then with gloved hands, touched her phone over and over and then touched my food. Phones are disgusting and should never be placed on the surface where the food is made. And then using the same gloves to touch said phone and then my food. Ew
The other guy was wiping his nose and beard constantly with his gloved hands.

Okay I was literally about to hit "post" on a 2-star review because of some service issues when presumably the manager came over and handed me a receipt for a full refund, apologized, and I think they gave me a larger sandwich size too. It feels nice to eat somewhere that the staff care! Thank you :-) Oh and also once I got my sandwich it tasted delicious like always !!

Had a wonderful lunch today. Normally I bring lunch to work but today I ventured out to this establishment to try a Sub sandwich. I see my staff eat here a lot.
It was definitely worth the effort. I had #6 Turkey and Provolone on Wheat bread. Really enjoyed that the meat is cut when you order. Really tastes different compared to other shops. Plenty of combinations to add to the sandwich. I got the regular and I was full after I got done.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! Really bad service and slow. The meat and cheese slices are so thin you can see through them, more like a bred sub. The guy that made my sub put it straight on the counter before getting a paper to wrap it up. I brought it to his attention that was unsanitary and he was trying to argue with me. The manager was next to him counting the cash out of the register, he looked at me an only said sorry.

This place automatically gets a 5 star ratting based on customer service. I walked in 5 to close and asked if it was to late and they said they are open till the last customer after doors are locked. Now that's service and they make each sandwich to order. The last place I went to gave me issues showing up 15 min before closing.

Do not eat at this location if you have celiac disease or a gluten allergy. If I could leave zero stars I would. I came in to order my 8 year old daughter a gluten free sandwich. Her sandwich was made on a dirty black tray. The lady told me she would clean up but never cleaned any surface and never cleaned the slicer either. Her sandwich was made on a black tray that she slammed down on the counter that came out with bread crumbs and lettuce already on it. Jersey Mikes in Gainesville, Ga does an excellent job with cleaning and was very knowledgeable when it came to cross contamination. The staff here was rude when asked/told about anything having to do with her allergy. Mainly the manager who said she had been there for 5 years. Trying not to complain too much I just went with it. She is a recent diagnosis and only our third time eating at jersey mikes since her diagnosis. First time at the cumming location on market place. Now my daughter is crying on the couch because, of course, she was contaminated. I ordered a foot-long for her to be able to eat later. 3/4 of a $25 sub now has to go in the trash.

As an avid Jersey Mike's fan, I can't stress how disappointed I am with this location. Recently they're 0 for 3 in terms of making the orders correct, at least the last time they offered to fix it. This time, no apology, no offer to fix, nothing. I can't rate the employees and customer service at this location low enough.
