The customer service was absolutely fantastic! Not to mention the best sales price on quality tires for my jeep! I didn't have an appointment and it was urgent. They got me in quickly and got rid of my old tires, and I didn't mind paying the fee because with my purchase, I have roadside assistance in case anything should happen. ,,peace of mind sure feels great, and that shows the customer just how confident Jensen is in their service. Thank you for acquiring this lifelong customer, and the next day, my mom got all 4 wheels replaced on her suv also.

This Jensen on 90th really needs some work. Although, Dominic is an amazing guy with great customer service the rest of this crew has no interest in doing ANYTHING with a sense of urgency. I purchased a set of tires, 2 years ago, with a three year warranty. The front passenger side tire had a slow leak and my question was simple 'Is the tire under warranty and can it be replaced?" You'd think that this would be easy question to answer.. but I was instructed to leave my car (for an hour), they'd take a look, and let me know (keep in mind what the original question was).
1hour, turned into 3 hours.. with no update.
I watched several employees casually walk through the lobby, without a care in the world. Finally I asked Dominic the status... and he said he'd check.
15 minutes pass when I realize that my car is sitting in the front stall and nobody has told me anything. I ask Dominic about the car again, just as my phone rings. Apparently, they've been trying to reach my other half this entire time that IVE been sitting in the lobby.
Dominic apologizes grabs the paperwork and explains that there was a nail in the tire and that the patch would be $29.00. I stare at him, he stares at me.
"Dominic is the tire still under warranty?!?!?!"
"Ohhhhh... yes it is. We'll patch it up for free."
Never again.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mar 11, 2019
Thanks to Omaha's quality roads, my car needed a balance...rotation was included so that was dope. I'm pretty sure it was time for that too. They guys were friendly and the cost was affordable. As busy as they were they still managed to work my car into the day. I'm definitely satisfied with my trip and I'll definitely consider Jensen next time I need something.

Me and my daughter went to the one on 84 yesterday and LaVista and they quoted her two different quotes they change the story twice and then when she got there they told her about my problems and then they refuse for us to let us take our car back home because we weren't going to pay for it so finally she had to sign a paper that she took a call back home and we came up and got a new car but I will never ever ever go there for anything again The people working had major attitudes and they weren't willing to help anybody she came out of there in tears because she's just going into college and then they leave crap in your car that they should've taken out and thrown away

I had to buy two pairs of tires over the course of last year, and like clockwork, every few months my air pressure indicator goes on in my car. I have taken my car to them every time and told them they were brand new tires, but they just filled them up be sent me on my way. I did not drop $600 on new tires to have to fill them up every three months. They also did not bolt my spare tire in my trunk correctly so it rattles when I drive.
I will never spend another penny at Jensen, and I actively tell my friends to not go here.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - A E.Yutan, NE02Mar 23, 2021
I have been coming to this location for years with my household cars. I refuse to go anywhere else. The manager Garrett is trustworthy and has always been upfront with me saving me hundreds. I highly recommend the people and service at this location. Quality work with honesty.

I took my car in there to have 4 tires put on ... I dropped it off at 9 30am and didnt pick up about 4 30ish. They charged me over 200 dollars to check stuff out when I specifically told them just replace the tires. Obviously, I refused to pay for the unauthorized service. My tires now make a horrible horrible noise that it never made before. This place sucks ass!! Do not go there, they will wreck up your car!

I was told that my wheel bearing was going bad had it checked by another person come to find out they didn't tighten my lug nuts to make it seem that way after two lug nuts fell off and risked my life I would not recommend

I went to Jensen T&A on 90th St (North of Maple St) to get my van worked on. (Worse decision ever!) The service was crappy! Although, the staff was friendly, they were incompetent at diagnosing what was wrong with my vehicle. I was quoted one price and charged another. I was told the noise was coming from the shocks and struts. (Come to find out...it wasn't the shocks! It was the wheel bearings/hub) So, why would these "professional" mechanics misdiagnose my van?... I'll tell you why. The price for shocks/struts are $615.00 and the price for wheel bearings/hub are $398.00. These bottom-feeding, dirt-bags are con men! They knew what was wrong with my van the entire time. (I'll elaborate more shortly) They wanted the money that came with the repair. I was quoted a price ($515.00) for the shocks and struts, which I happily agreed to. (After the work was completed) I was charged ($614.34) almost a hundred dollars more than what I agreed to. (WTF!?) What did I miss? I specifically asked them to diagnose my vehicle and fix what was wrong. They deliberately schemed me! To add insult to injury, they printed me a receipt recommending I get my wheel bearings/ hub repaired. ( An additional $398.00 on top of $615.00) Needlessly to say, I don't recommend no Jensen T&A at all!!! I will never go to them again!! I am reaching out to corporate and I'm contacting the BBB to report this issue! Meanwhile, my van is STILL making noise!!
