Perfect over-the-border spot to stock up on Kratom. Staff is friendly, helpful, and highly knowledgeable about the products they sell. The selection is enormous and the best prices you'll find anywhere. A family-run business that I will happily continue to support.

If you're looking for some kratom across the border, this is your go to spot. I actually met Jay this time and he's a pretty chill person. It's always nice to see the person who the company is named after working there. They have a massive selection of kratom, my favorite being Puro. They have the classic OPM's if you're into that, and a few other brands as well. I wouldn't say it's top tier kratom, but it's also a step above shady gas station kratom any day.

Great family run store. Long hours 7 days a week. Lowest prices on all products with a trip down memory lane candy and snack browsing experience. Best variety of chew i have ever seen. My brand, hard to find elsewhere always in stock and lowest price by far!!!

Jay's is a store that stocks of all kinds, many tobacco products, difficult to find cigarettes and tobacco products, nostalgic candy, popular candy, soda pop, and other items, many in bulk for the business owner. You can buy candy in bulk at excellent prices!! Cigarettes and tobacco products also at excellent prices. I no longer smoke, but when I did this was the place I went to for my cigarettes. I still go here all the time to purchase candy, pop, cookies & snacks as well as some hard to find nostalgic candies. The staff is always friendly and can answer your questions, if they don't have an answer, they'll find it. I appreciate this as often most stores now have staff that will simply say "I don't know", and walk away without even trying to find someone that might have the answer as to where something might be or whether or not it is stocked. I read in a review that stated "the parking lot looks like a building that survived hurricane Katrina and the inside is not much better", that is a bit of an exaggeration don't you think? The store is just fine, it might not be fancy but it serves its purpose, with no unpleasant smells, and if the floor is dirty it's usually because it is raining or snowing outside and customers are tracking in dirt and/or water on their shoes and boots. Also consider the fact that this is a farming area, and many people work very hard for a living to provide us with fresh meat, vegetables and milk for all of our tables and all the restaurants that we love to eat it, therefore their boots might have some mud on them from their daily hard work. Sorry we have no foie gras farming in this area, all of the livestock in this area are treated with respect and cruelty free.

Let me set the tone for this adventure. This is part four of my weekend of self destruction. Carolynne r. and I have drove by this place a million times on our way up to Milwaukee. There is a big sign out front that states that they sell Quality Cigars. FYI: Swisher Sweets are not quality Cigars!!!!!!.
The parking lot looks like a building that survived Hurricane Katrina and the inside is not much better. I entered the building to find that the floor was filthy, and the aroma that greeted me smelled like a combination of dirt and Oscar Meyer Bologna. I did find a couple of decent priced Punch stubs in there, but upon opening the wrapper to smoke it, I found that the Cigar had and crumbled at the end. It is obvious that they have not filled their humidor in quite some time. I managed to scotch tape it together and smoked most of it.
The store was all over the place. It was stocked with Carton's of Cigarettes, generic potato chips and soda.
Quite frankly to place is scary, and I wouldn't go back if they stocked the last Cigar on earth.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Pete J.Gurnee, IL08Oct 5, 2012
