I used to never have an issue with my order from here but in the past few months every time I order there's something wrong with my order. There's always sormthing missing. This time they forgot to put the curly fries with my munchie meal. I ordered a loaded tiny tacos with extra taco sauce and would you believe it, no sauce or any of the toppings that were supposed to come with it. They literally gave me plain tacos that were also stale. The other tacos I ordered as well had no sauce when I never asked for there to be none. They also never provide sauce packets - I would ask for it but they dont even give you an option on doordash to do so. That's stingy behavior. No cutlery when there is CLEARLY items you ordered that require eating with a fork. The order I received was embarrassing for a "big" company, do better jack n the box.

Rude staff member. Worst employee ever named Michell. She had a bad attitude when I double checked my order request, she rudely answered "look at the screen, are you done". When I went to the window, another staff gave me my food and I asked him for the employee's name and he ignored my requests for the name so I asked again and he finally gave it. Why have staff work there if they aren't happy with their job?

If I could give no stars I would this place is very rude and when I asked if I could use EBT I was told yes but the girl at the counter kept on declining the transaction and acting like she didn't know why it wasn't working this happened three times already I am fuming. Same girl each time at the checkout same bed attitude same bad eyelashes. And can somebody please clean the bathroom! Who's this guy that says this was one of the better restaurants out there must work there huh.??

It's a Jack In The Box. Staff is friendly, service is prompt. Dining area is usually not the cleanest, but this place is usually pretty busy when I am here so it could just be that they are focused on getting the food out.
Parking lot can be a challenge to get out of, especially if people are trying to get in while you are trying to get out.

We bought 6 egg rolls at this particular place and 1 box of 3's were so burnt and grease almost dripping from the box that I had to return and complain (picture attached) to the manager. Didn't get her name but she was a heavy set Latina with a bad attitude as well. As I was complaining about the service and quality of food, she was cutting me short instead of being apologetic! None!!! Although she did replace the badly burnt piece she acted as if it was my fault!! Learn how to apologize for a bad service lady!!! Not ever going back to this Jack in the Box again!!!
This was around 4pm today Saturday 7/28. The ppl are extremely nice but the food came out horrible and the grease was just flying everywhere I mean you wouldn't want to eat it then either. even the iced coffee Has a weird after taste

This place deserve no star at all. Yet me star saying that I was at woodland Hills location I decide to get so lunch with my family since they weren't so busy. I order some simple stuff. They end up messing up my order.
First they told me to wait on the side because my fries and kid nuggets wasn't ready and because of the line. There were no line at all. After waiting for 15 minutes they finally gave me another bag on when I got home my wife check some of stuff was missing. I decided to call back to get my money since I got charge for items that I didn't get .
When I called the manager for that location to refund me, he was really rude, he end up clicking on me and not just that he even blocking me on the phone. I tried to contact corporate office to Express my statement but I haven't get a chance to speak with them. Customer service is not good specially having a rude manager.
