Jack in the Box

Just left the drive-thru. As I was pulling out, there are 2 men shooting up drugs as children were present. I immediately called the location. The lady on the phone was very rude and said that I can call the police if I wanted to, that they don't handle that type of stuff. Ok, understandable if you don't want to confront these men, but what was unacceptable was the rudeness in her voice and lack of consideration for the customers present. She refused to give me her name and hung up on me. Truly sad that these businesses allow this type of behavior.

I didn't order much and it wasn't much of a appetizing meal. Next time .. aha

I have no other complaints other than they dont know the difference between curly fries and regular. Every single time ive been I asked for curly and they gave me regular One time i even went back inside and asked specifically for curly and guess what the worker came back with REGULAR ! cmon ppl its not that hard

This is the first time I have ever written a bad review against any fast food chain restaurant but, Jack in the box was horrible today. We ordered 2 taco's and the side order of the new Mac N Cheese Balls (12). The taco's were so greasy that the oil went thru the wrappers and thru the food bag and onto my clothes. Ugh!!! Then they only gave us 10 Mac N Cheese Ball's out of the 12 that we were suppose to get. For $7.00 they are very small too. Not like the TV commercial suggests. I give this one an Argh!!!! Buyer beware.

Its 10pm and the milkshake machine is broke like McDonald'. This is the second time i came to get two milkshakes and no luck. They suggested just coffee with chocolate. If I wanted that I would've gone to Starbucks from 7am-10pm thank you but no thank you.

This place was great during the Covid-19 times. But now you can't get a lot of what they have to order because they say no shipment's of a lot of their foods. And prices have gone way up for a lot less food. I give them 3 stars because the workers are very nice and it's not their fault that they don't have a lot of what u want to order. But again ty for being there during Covid and being kind during the very hard time's and having a smile and a kind heart risking them self's from getting sick. But again 2 years later it has not changed.

This restaurant is the best great customer service always serving there customers with the upmost respect. I had multiple encounters with the employees here and they are all so kind so nice and just seem very genuine. I don't know about you but if your not coming here your missing out big time!! This worker named josh and Miguel I think that's there name. Helped me late at night I had a complicated order and they were very understanding and patient there was a long line but they had the best attitude ever. Not only is it clean fresh and respectful place in the morning, but the workers are committed to somehow always keep a professional and caring service at all time 20/10 the best if I can give more stars I would.

Super fast and friendly service but my main concern is the food and well
I remember being you get and I would be hell of excited to find a curly fry in my regular fry bag ... who wasn't.
I ordered curly fries and about half were regular fries!!!!

the food was not the best at all. don't recommend this location. the curly fries tasted raw. and barely had the curly fry seasoning. i went earlier this evening and my sandwich was cold. my drink was not fully filled like most fast food places fill it. customer service was alright but not the greatest. Don't recommend the food on this location. it's sad to know that the food was not the best. especially when i love their curly fries :(

I have complained before to the manager about this location never being opened on time. I was told in her region most locations would be closed from 330 A.M. until 4:30 A.M for "COVID cleaning" I told her I have been here multiple times well after 4:30 and the drive thru is blocked with mop signs and trash cans. Clearly the employees are taking advantage of the "Cleaning" period and push the 4:30 opening. This morning the cook came out to the 3 cars waiting in line saying "We are closed!" As you can see in the pic, clearly they should have been opened. This place needs to be better managed.
