Great location. Usually don't care for Jack in the box but I wanted the tacos.
This restaurant was kept up really well. Extremely clean inside and the people were so kind.

I came in to get a Smashburger Saturday January 6th 7:45 p.m. absolutely delicious hamburger couldn't wait to go back the next night same time to get another one when I did wow complete opposite how does this happen when I finally like a hamburger.

We were the only customers, and the wait was still forever. To boot, the young lady in drive through had us pull forward (to the driveway leading to a VERY busy street) so they could show fast service in their drive through - there was no one behind us!

There was 2 cars ahead of me that had already ordered. I pulled up to the speaker and was not greeted for 2 minutes, when asked to allow them a "moment". I waited there for another 8 minutes without any response, so I drove up to the car at the window who was still waiting for their food. When I drove up, another car that was waiting behind me pulled up to the speaker and they took his order and the 2nd car behind me's order immediately. I didn't expect them to take my order at the window, I just wanted to share this feedback and he blew me off telling me to go around.

Who ever works the Night Shift needs to learn some customer service manners. Dude and the girl are rude and unprofessional.

Waited in line for 20 minutes before I even got my drink asked to do two separate orders and got told I'd have to make another round through the drive thru and took an extra 10 minutes for my order to come out horrible costumer service and shitty attitude over intercom

Service was HORRIBLE. Female manager was the rudest person I've ever encountered. The order was wrong and they argued with me. Hello? The customer is always right. Bathroom was FILTHY- toilets FULL of waste. Tables were dirty and sticky. Going to call the health SB county department.

Omg,
I went through the drive-through this morning worst customer service ever I order for well-done tacos when the person gave me my order asked me if I needed any salsa I said extra and she gave me a whole bunch of ketchup and left. Her back and said excuse me you gave me ketchup she said that's what you asked for and I told her no I said extra she had a major attitude. I think she she was a manager, due to her attire. This was 8/1822. Around 645am

Doesn't look to bad to go and eat from but when customer service gets a bit confusing in when going through drive thru. I shouldn't have to go and repeat myself multiple times. Food handling was okay but communication was not met when the condiments were requested. It was busy but my order was switched a little bit, I ordered curly fries but they gave me regular fries.
