Tye BEST Jack in the Box I've ever visited.
The team was fast, and the food was great and I rarely write let alone even go to fast food restaurants very often.
Happen to be traveling and stopped for some take out.
Highly recommend this location.
The cook is awesome!

Was in Litchfield today and decided to stop at the Jack-in-the-Box for a chicken combo . I opened my bag I had half a container of fries. Since I was already driving, I said forget about it, I don't need a ton of fries anyway. After getting about 8 miles down the highway I opened my chicken sandwich and found a chicken sandwich that was about 3" x 3 1/2"! I immediately turned around and decided to go back to the Jack-in-the-Box. I told them that they gave me half a container of fries and I overlooked that but when I saw this tiny piece of chicken batter, I decided to drive back up here. She did say sorry about that but she also said that happens all the time Crappy customer service in my opinion because I drove 8 miles back up the highway and all they did was replace the chicken sandwich that they should've gotten right the first time. No extra fries or anything.

Ordered the free burger from T-Mobile over New Year's Eve weekend. Used the phone app and checked pick up at counter. App said ready in 9 minutes. We immediately walked in and waited. Name never called. Asked the lady are those 2 sacks sitting by the drive up ours? Sure enough. We made them remake em. Fries were soggy and. Sandwich was cold. The remake was not much better. Later learned that one person quit on the spot that day. Bottom line, we don't recommend this place at all. It all comes down to lack of good management.

Came back to this Jack on my way home from St Louis June of 23. Glad to announce a much better experience. Clean floors, clean tables, clean washrooms, and great service. Still needs a little work on keeping the entry and exit doors clean. Thank you management and staff I will be back

All I can say is disgusting!! Visited 9/22/22 After ordering my food and just about finished eating the employee comes around from the back counter and is dressed so filthy and dirty! I can't believe a manager would let anyone come to work dressed like she just finished giving my car an oil change! Her friends showed up and they were all outside where I got the pic before they went back inside. The photo don't even give justice as to how dirty her shirt was. There was no ice in the machine, food does not look anything like pictures not even close to it. Fries seem old like they were sitting there cheese on them was dry and hard. I don't ever leave reviews and got this app just to do so for this establishment.

We have ordered twice from this place. The first time they said my husband was confused. Wrong...the second time we ordered breakfast platters that consisted of scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage and or bacon. They make sandwiches with these ingredients as well. We were told they didn't have the ingredients to make the platters today but they will tomorrow. So how are they making things like sourdough jacks (has bacon), bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast jacks, sourdough breakfast jacks (has bacon, ham, egg), etc.? Poor service. Maybe corporate needs to go in there and clean house. Perhaps they need to hire people who want to do their job.

Went to the location off Route 52 IL. Half of the Order took over 20 minutes to come out and when it came out, it was wrong. I went inside to get the order fixed and was told it was coming out with the rest of the order. I waited a little longer for it to be fixed and the line of people waiting to order and waiting for food was huge. With no help due to one person at the cash registers, left the wrong order on the counter and drove away receiving nothing but losing my money.

The manager is there every shift and will make sure your order is perfect to your satisfaction! Might have to wait or pull up a few minutes but who can complain about waiting on fresh hot food

I will drive to wood river before coming back to this one. Omg the people who work here are obviously not working their way in medical school. Good lord people. Open your ears, put down your phones and take a damn order

I have never stopped at a Jack in the box before. All I can say is Thank you for being open Christmas day. We needed. To travel a long distance on Christmas day. Not knowing if anything would be open I packed some peanut butter sandwiches. While getting gas we noticed that you were open. Again, Thank you. The staff was efficient and polite. The food was hot and good. Being that you were understaffed and the only restaurant that was open they were doing great. Merry Christmas and thank you to all of you.
