      Hmmm, thought I had reviewed this place a year ago! A good review, as this place is always good! Customer service is always great at this location. The food is always well prepared and packaged perfectly. The drive through is seldom too crowded.

      This trip it was to get my usual, Sourdough Jack with Lettuce added, side salad with ranch instead of fries, a medium Coke and 2 tacos. (Yes Lori L., OUR beloved JIB Tacos. :) )

      (I used to get 2 MONSTER Tacos, and sad they don't serve those anywhere.)

      The staff was very friendly as always and the food tasted great!

      My cousin was ordering and he was stuttering and they started being rude they said pull up to the window we did they was giving us dirty looks

      I wish I could give negative stars. My husband and I went through the drive-thru last night and ordered $14.97 worth of food. Today, our bank statement shows that transaction was run TWENTY-NINE times, totaling $434.13. I called the store and asked to speak with a manager and the lady who answered said she was the manager. I explained the problem and she immediately said they only ran it once and it was not their fault.

      I clarified that they are the only ones who could have done this to which she responded, "If you were only given one receipt, then we only ran it once." That makes NO sense. Of course you could have run it more than once and only given me ONE receipt. Or someone could have hit a button too many times. Either way, under the doctrine of res ipsa loquitur, the employee(s) at JIB are likely negligent in this scenario. (One is presumed to be negligent if he/she/it had exclusive control of whatever caused the injury even though there is no specific evidence of an act of negligence, and without negligence the accident would not have happened.)

      She asked if I could show her my bank statement. I replied that I could and asked who to speak to when I get there. She said, "You don't have to and for anyone." I asked for her manager's name and she hung up on me!

      I have tweeted to JIB, sent in an online complaint and I will pursue this to the fullest extent. I find it frustrating that it is so difficult to find out the name of a regional or district manager to rectify a situation caused by a JIB employee - especially since their actions have a direct effect on our finances.

      This could have been dealt with in an amicable manner, but the level of rudeness displayed by JIB employees is astonishing. I wasn't asking for any free handouts. I just wanted the situation to be rectified by JIB crediting twenty-eight of the twenty-nine charges to our account. This is no way to treat your customers, JIB.

      Price on the screen was not the price on their ad/board which was only .10 cents, I only asked for the price adjustment because if us as the consumers were to add extras, they're quick to tax us to the penny. I asked if I could speak to the manager and the guy said I am the manager, we will fix it later. Luis the so called manager, more like young kid, said to google it and get out of his line...poor customer service. I was more upset because of his poor customer service. Then when I go around and pay I didn't get a receipt until I asked and I was told they were out of paper, I parked my vehicle and said I'm not going anywhere until I get my receipt. I was given a crappy receipt and told them I need a reprint of a better copy. I give this JIB and this teen manager an F (fail).

      This jack in the box is pretty fast, I never really have to wait a long time. Haven't had an employee show any type of rude manners. Really recommend ordering through the app

      ALWAYS check your bag BEFORE to drive thru. I ask if they put my dipping sauce in for my poppers and egg roll. They put a lot of taco dance packets in the bag. I didn't order tacos. No dipping sauce what so ever. I know, it just fast good. Good help is hard to find. At least someone who cares about having a job these days.

      Wow! I honestly wish I could give negative stars for this horrible excuse for a restaurant chain. My friend and I went through the drive through 6/9/15 around 11:50AM for some lunch and the person taking our order was not listening at all to what I was saying. We had to separate orders for the same car (two credit cards) and I very specifically said "we will take a number 10 with MEDIUM curly fries and a diet dr. pepper." She then asks two more times what size and what type of drink. The real fun started when we pulled up to pay.

      She refused to hand me the soda because my friend was fishing in her purse for her card and the worker would not hand it over until she had payment evidently. So I handed her the card and she handed me soda with two straws and the lid not properly attached. Between her releasing the soda and me trying to grab it and the straws the top came off and half of the soda ended up in my lap, the outside of my car and the inside of my car and seat. Diet Dr. Pepper everywhere and I had to return to work soaking wet and sticky.

      To say the least I was furious. She then asked me for the payment for the second order. I very calmly told her that I should not have to pay since she just dumped a soda all over me and my car. The worker said she was sorry and then again requested payment. I asked for the manager and his name was Leo. I told Leo that I should not have to pay because of what happened and he had zero sympathy or "im sorry" ...just said that he would not comp the meal...only give me a discount. I told him that it would cost me $99 at least to get the soda out of my seat and the door panel. Not to mention in the buttons for my power windows and he said again that he would offer a discount. That discount totaled $2.27 - from my over $8.00 meal.

      I can safely say this place is a disgrace to the Jack in the Box name. The sandwich was ok but the onion rings were disgusting and were thrown away. I will never be returning and you can bet I will be seeking payment for my car cleaning.

      The tacos are made just right! They actually put lettuce in their tacos. Tacos are crispy and crunchy. Drive thru is quick. I will definitely be back.
