Great sandwiches even better price! Don't judge a book by its cover!
And service is great! I haven't had any that was bad! It's mainly just carry out but worth it!

It's a small, hole in the wall place but dang they make a good sandwich, and it's very reasonably priced. I got a roast beef and turkey sandwich, it was huge. There had to be a half pound of roast beef and a half pound of turkey on the sandwich. I was only able to eat the roast beef and two pieces of bread.
I got this sandwich, chips, and a can of soda. My co worker got a sandwich and a bag of chips (no drink). Our total was under $16. Such a great value. As a former Jets fan, i appreciated seeing all of the memorabilia. After 20 years of heartbreak as a jets fan, i have gavup on them but i did enjoy seeing the memorabilia.

Got a Large Italy(16") and 4 double deckers and 5 bags of chips, 5 pickles in a call ahead order that was ready on time for the Physical Therapy group that takes care of me all for $29. Rave reviews from all. Again happy as always and they make me look good when I treat someone.
Nov 28, 2023Previous reviewJust an update. I have been back several times since my last reviews. Honestly I'm there now once or twice a week to eat in mostly but I have carried out. There is very little room to eat with only 2 tables and the atmosphere is not much to look at but the people are all busting it and are quick to take your order and offer pleasant service. And if you have been there before a few times you are known by name and often introduced to other regulars. I really can't get enough of this place. The food, price, people are really great.

I saw yelp pop up a list of places for sandwiches under $10. So I had to stop by. I got the "Little Italy", 16", chips and a soda for $9.50. And although that was way to much for me to eat they had some amazing rare roast beef so I had to do a small sandwich again chips came with it for $6.90. The food was great. The people all helpful and pleasant. The place is not much to look at but there is nothing better than to find a hidden gem like this. I will definitely be back to this one!

The sandwiches here are INCREDIBLE! They are massive and soooo delicious. Open during regular business office hours, so I love to get this as a treat if I'm off for the day, or have it delivered at work!

I try to go to J & W Sandwich Shop weekly. We have ordered their sandwiches for years. Everything we have gotten has been very good. If you like a BLT, try theirs!! It is loaded with bacon, so much I share one with my wife. All their double deckers are very good. Lately, we have been ordering their Littly Italy, which is a combination of meats, cheese, lettuce, banana peppers, with Italian dressing. Very good! All sandwiches come with your choice of chips. I think they are the best sandwich shop in town. Try it!

Today, I ordered a Lg Little Italy/ extra banana peppers, which is 2 sandwiches for $8.00. This is by far the best deal in town!!! The double deckers are off the charts as well. Don't be fooled by the size of the shop, sometimes these are the best. One last thing, if you like a BLT, try theirs. If you are really hungry, try the BLT double decker!!!!!! Very good, and huge!

I always order the ham/beef double decker, and this order I added 2 half sandwich/bowl of soup combos(loaded baked potato) for other family members. Everyone enjoyed their meal, quality and quantity very good. I have been a loyal customer for almost 25 years, and the quality has remained the same. I wish they were open weekends.

This place slaps. Got a Turkey and BLT (pictured) sandwich. Look at her, she's beautiful. They pile on the crispy bacon. It's a mountain of crunch. My bet is that the turkey is freshly sliced on location. The white bread is perfectly toasted so the sandwich maintains its integrity and holds together while you eat it. We got fries too which took awhile but were worth it. The seasoning on them is a nice touch.
The prices can't be beat. The service was exactly what you want. The decor is cool sports memorabilia with a newspaper on the table while you wait for your order.

Extremely delicious and well priced! Seemed like a pound of bacon on the BLT! My mom had so much in hers that I ended up adding some to my sandwich and there was still a time leftover!

Jmc 5.Cincinnati, OH14Apr 5, 2024A great little place to grab a Sammich. Regular sandwich is good and thick. Double deckers really good. Cheeseburger ain't bad at all. Philly is good. Gyro, I've had better. Can't beat the Little Italy! Best value in town, hands down.

Such a hidden jem of a legit, non-bougie, sandwich shop. The prices are phenomenal. The size of the sandwiches is unbelievable. The bacon has the perfect crisp. And you give me a pickle as a surprise (to me, since it was my first time). Unless you know it's there, you wouldn't really know it's there. Trust the address and if it looks closed when it shouldn't be, just open the door.
