My dog decided to chew through the cord to my baby monitor and I've been searching everywhere for the correct cord to replace it.

I called ahead to see if this was something they carried and they were very knowledgeable able told me it was and to come in.

I literally showed up with the monitor in a bag and said "here" tell me what I need. They quickly found the correct cords and tested it to make sure. I ended up walking out of there $19 poorer (what a deal!) and now able to see my baby girl on the monitor again! Thank you guys so much for your knowledge and prompt service! I'll be back!

I'm a veritable moron when it comes to dealing with electronics other than my ability to resolder parts that have broken off.

On a few instances I was looking for obscure parts where even the supposed master at radio shack looked stumped, I ventured over here and everyone was super helpful.

Not pertinent to me, but I noticed the were bilingual and espoke Espanish super well.

I've probably been here 5 times and every single time someone took a good half an hour out of their day to not only look up parts, cross reference between companies to find the best deal, but also explained and educated my simple ass about what I was buying, what I ACTUALLY needed vs. what I thought I needed, and that has meant a great deal to me. I will be a customer for life here.

Everything you need for electronic repair. Jose is anyways ready to help you and point you in the ugly direction. He's a very knowledgeable person to have behind the counter.

This is the only kind of store like it in the area. I'm sure you'll find what you need or they can order it for you.

Love this place, for a long time I wrongfully assumed this was just a supply store for legit electricians. The owner is exceptionally friendly and helpful and they have a good range of products for makers and tinkerers. Ardunios, raspberry pi's, sparkfun products, adafruit products and rows of other goodies

The two gentlemen running this store spent 45 minutes out of their very busy morning talking with my teenage son about an electrical project he is building on his own. They totally went out of their way to be helpful and to encourage his interest...made numerous suggestions on how he can improve the quality of his desired outcome, gave him hands-on demonstrations on how the various components work together, and emphasized safety at all times while working with electricity. We could not have hoped for a better retail store experience. Kudos to the guys that are making it happen.
