In-N-Out Burger

While I love In-N-Out, I've always avoided this location due to the line of cars in the parking lot. They do have the drive-thru operating fast and quick, but their food isn't really an "eat & drive" experience. My son and I dropped by at lunchtime, against my wishes, and I was impressed with the cleanliness of a packed restaurant. We were met by a new employee, Nicole, who got everything perfect on our special orders. A 3x3, cheese fries with grilled and raw onions, double double made different...
So surprised that we were able to find a clean, empty booth, sat down for 2 minutes, and our number was called. Fresh, hot food, cold drinks and extremely friendly and helpful service.
I'll be back!

How is it that I have NOT written a review for this In N Out???

Quality/Quantity - Consistent. Simple meal, usually done well.
My daughter treated, so we all got double doubles and fries, LOL.
If you are following, I usually just get a regular cheese burger and we usually share fries.

For whatever reason, my double double had an extra amount of lettuce. So I guess I got a salad out of this meal also LOL.

Atmosphere - Interior is consistent with the brand.
Exterior is WAY smaller than a typical In N Out.
And this drive through is usually all the way to the street and down the block!
There have been too many times that I got out of line because I just could NOT wait over half an hour for "fast" food.

But because we got here right when they opened at 10:30am, the lines were very manageable. Plus, did I say my daughter was buying, LOL?

Open 7 days a week from 10:30am to 1am or 1:30am, see picture.
Indoor or outdoor seating - We took ours to-go.

Service -
Cashier was perfect, 5 stars, and even saved my daughter $$.
When she ordered her double double protein burger with NO cheese, he told her that it was less expensive to get a single protein hamburger and add a patty.

This is the miss.
The server, 2 stars, must be new. He put our refrigerated cold sauces on top of our fries. Normally they are put in a separate bag. This ruined our 4 orders of fries!
And when I asked for a lot of ketchup, he only gave me two packets. For 4 orders of fries???

There seemed to be a lot of new employees today, and it sounded like they were doing a lot of training.

Price - Free for me as my daughter treated, LOL!

I mean can one ever go wrong with In N Out? This one was no exception. Had the kids in the car and nearing bed time we needed some quick and that will keep them busy for the hour long car ride home. The drive thru was so long at about 630 on a Friday night, but walking inside with just a few people in line was easy breezy.

Service was good they obliged my request for hats and kids activity books. And again, that burger animal style was de-lish. Inexpensive, easy, quick and seemingly not super greasy... I'm a fan!

Mmmm I'm all about a burger when you're on the go and it's late at night.
This location is awesome! The food is always consistent here, and the service is good. I like in n out because on any given day the taste is always consistent. The only thing about this location and most of the in n out locations is the drive thru line. Like you'd think by this point that in n outs would have a better drive thru system. Answer this when was the last time that you ordered in front of the menu and not a worker going car to car to take the order lol. Overall in n out is the main go to for fast food.

This is the best fast food burger there is.... Please come to Minnesota as a part of the expansion plan, I'll find people to fund the franchise, it will destroy the competition!

Good burgers. Unfortunately, 8/10 times they get my order wrong. So if you get the rare opportunity to have what you actually ordered then congrats

Sometimes line can be super long but moves pretty quick ! Always good always fresh. This usually the go spot . After long day at Lake dtdhis huts the spot . Late afternoon with great weather sitting out side watching sunset is always nice.

I feel like In-N-Out is the last good burger drive through in town... it's just the perfect solution when you have that craving for a cheeseburger and fries. They are always on point- the beef is cooked perfectly, the produce is fresh, the service is quick. The consistency is so dependable and that brings me so much comfort and joy!

The service here is always top notch. Food is top tier for fast food for many reasons, produce is always fresh, crisp. Fresh cut potato for the fries, soda is always a perfect mix and they keep the taps clean.

This time we dined in, and they are always cleaning to make the place sparkle in the dining room. Drive thru is always a long wait, I attribute that to the quality of the food, low prices and outstanding service. You can only fit so many people in a kitchen, and it's full of hustle.

We did have a slightly off a visit a few months back. Called corporate to let them know, and they answered at 845PM on a Saturday night. Color me amazed. Talked to a live agent. They sent an apology letter with cards for two comp meals, and gave me a follow up call the following week to check in. Holy $$$$$ wow. That is service on a level I have never seen, from any restaurant local or corporate, EVER. I WISH other companies would shine like that.

Call Wendy's and you get no answer at the store, corp doesn't care and management doesn't return calls. Utter clusterf.

Food is always fresh and hot. My Flying Dutchman was pretty salty, not sure if they put some extra salt on this one or not. Prices had doubled from the last time I had been here within the last few months. Went from a little over $5 for my order to over $10. Not sure I will be back, I know inflation but that's crazy. Service is always quick even though they are always busy with a line. Parking lot was packed so I went through drive thru.
