A TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES NO MATTER WHAT!!!!!!!
We paid $2310.90 for them to change an air compressor that we provided. The driver drove 20 miles and there was oil coming out from the connectors from the air compressor. We had to tow the truck to another shop to fix it.
THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Robert T.Ridgefield, WA01Jan 15, 2022
Well last night a faring on our refrigerator came off on the high way.
They were quick to respond and repaired the fairing .
Now here comes the downside. They didnt notify me that the right turn signal wiring was torn because of the fairing damage.
The tech new it was out and did not notify his dispatch or me of the problem.
I paid in full how ever i feel that I should have been notified by the company there were more problems.
ps I also told that to my driver.
Both were guilty of not telling me the truth that more was needed,
Now I have to send the driver to a second shop creating more down time for my driver.
They said they were only hired to do the fairing.
One would think the shop could bill more for the time and make more money if they reported other issues.
Management said tough luck have a better day.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Chance M.Rainier, OR053Apr 30, 2021First to Review
These company has changed its name from Affordable to what it is now. THIS IS NOT THE I 5 REPAIR GUY. A while ago we call on them to replace A sensor on a truck because We couldnt wait 2 weeks to get in the dealer. We bought the sensor and told these clowns which one to replace. The driver showed up the next morning started the truck it had all sorts of new codes. called them back and they wanted to charge us another call out fee and charge us for both the new sensors. Ended up the shop manager hung up on me because I was upset that they wanted to charge me again to do the repairs again but more in depth. I called him back and he told me 'how does it feel to be hung up on' and hung up again.
2 weeks later at the dealer both the sensors had been replaced (the old bad one, and the new bad one in the wrong spot.
DONT CALL THESE CLOWNS.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1
