I've purchased a Banana Split and a Midnight Cookies and Cream for my son after soccer practice and games for months. Today I was told that what I received was the normal serving size while they stood under a picture which did not resemble what was given to me. They even blamed it on the hot fudge. Really disappointed and will not waste $13 there ever again.

I am not going to say anything about the negative review previously posted, but I had a good experience there this week. I was greeted with a warm welcome as soon as I walked in the store. This little place located in a convenient shopping center. The inside is clean and bright with nice background music. I made few order, and the staff weighed the ice cream and made sure I got enough. I will definitely come back to this location.

Great location in a mini strip mall in fair lawn. What was weird, is that I arrived at the establishment before the workers arrived despite the hours that were stated on the door. I went back to my car but then saw the employees come to open the door abc waved at me, I went in. They apologized for being late opening up and offered free samples to ice cream.

The milkshakes, my friend and I were out of this world. I definitely will be returning when I'm back in fair lawn.

Ice cream is the bomb.

Waiting here on a busy day though you will get a full snapshot of fair lawn: A diverse array of people who have many things in common, but refuse to act like it because they are slightly perturbed at how long a retail transaction is taking ahead of them.

A collective annoyance at the simple inconvenience of waiting a moment for a consumer indulgence no one in the place actually needs or benefits from.

Dont bother here because apparently speed rushing and bad attitude is what you will get here. I asked for 2 ice cream "cones" quote cones and what do i get 2 scoops of ice cream cup cones. This is something i did not ask for. Am i some sort of child that i need this and not only that i was rushed out tonight. I dont know why she rushed there was one or 2 people behind me not 10. My night is ruined. Keep in mind they were put in a bag too napkins on top. I was gonna say something but not gonna get angry over this tonight... i would have gone to ridgewood like always but theres not parking because of a wwe star that is in town

First off no hellos when we walked in. The staff is not friendly at all. Also Is it just me or does anyone else smell an unpleasant smell in the place? I got a single scoop and it was so small and absolutely no ice cream in the cone at all. Not coming back. Rather get my Haagen Dazs from the supermarket.

I'm usually very lenient when it comes to rating Businesses at this time but today I will not be doing that. Online and on the website it states that the store usually sells various flavors that are non dairy I know I should have called ahead but I figured like Ben and Jerry's they would at least have at minimum 3 flavors for non dairy options I walk into this place today and they had one a chocolate fudge flavor and when I said it was advertised you had more she said oh no we don't have in her broken English. Now I'm not one to give bad reviews as it is not there fault but the company should be advertising various flavors when you only sell one...just F**** one flavor and a chocolate sugar packed nasty one at that. Just like the Ben and Jerry's in ridgewood you get one star and that's because I can't give you less...

Ordered an ice-cream birthday cake for my boyfriend from this location, and it was superb. It tasted amazing, and it was decorated perfectly. VERY happy with their work, especially during this pandemic.

There was a line of people at 9:40 PM on a Tuesday night in June.
This place must be doing something right!
