The hotel rooms were a little dated and mine had ripped carpet (see photo). However, the staff was super helpful and the free breakfast was a major perk. The complex had multiple different hotels with a ton of dining options within walking distance. Plenty of parking was available out front and it was very close to the freeway. The couches in the dining area were extremely worn and you sunk so much the tables were too high to eat from. Very convenient market area for after hours food though!

Definitely a little dated, but still clean

While I had hoped to leave a better review of this property after a not so pleasant check-in 3 days ago, during my 3 night stay things did improve. However, on the morning of checkout, no coffee and no water! I mentioned it to one of the staff and all I got was an excuse. Totally not up to Hilton standards.

Suite wise, the suite was clean and not ragged. New large flat panel TV, so that was very nice. The only issue I experienced with the suite was that the toilet was blocked and required maintenance to repair. Clearly this should have been observed by housekeeping.

Also, be aware that there is no daily housekeeping. This was not conveyed to me at check-in (nor was being welcomed as a Hilton Lifetime Diamond Member, or even a Diamond Member at the least!).

The last that I had stayed at this property was in Jan. 2020 and absolutely enjoyed my stay. While this property clearly has not recovered from the pandemic, it wasn't a totally unpleasant stay. Since I was working at the Denver Federal Center, this property and the Hampton Inn are very close and convenient. I would suggest still considering this property if working in the DFC area. I will however be checking elsewhere my next trip.

Shit hole! Floors were so dirty it took over 10 wet clothes on a swifter!!!! Towels and beds where dirty as can be! This place smells of wild stale cigarettes. It's a roof over your head if you're homeless. If you have money go somewhere else or you will leave as soon as your foot hits that door way! Sad and pathetic. My cat got sick from waking on the cabinets above that have never been clean ever! Black and dirty. I can go on and on! I don't have the time.
      Peace

We stayed at Home Suites 2 in Lakewood CO for almost 3 weeks. We had a medical emergency and had to be close to St. Anthony's Hospital. It was a very stressful time for us.
We got to know the staff well. It turned out to be a HOME AWAY FROM HOME.
The customer service was excellent. Whether we needed extra pillows, help with our television, a quick room cleaning, the computer station...... they were so accommodating, pleasant and professional. I need to mention Paulie, Jay, Suzy, Jen, Heather, Solange, Robyn and chef Brian. They were so wonderful and compassionate to our situation. No complaints.
The weekend breakfast was wonderful. Brian does a great job. Fresh fruit salad, eggs, bacon or sausage, cereals etc.. I joked. It was all made with love. You could tell he takes pride in his work. Maintenance and the IT guy were friendly and helpful too.
I'm mad I didn't get all their names.
Thank you to everyone that helped make a very scary and confusing time for us SO much better and less stressful.

Open 24 hours and much more room than the hotels on the main street, Union. Breakfast is served from 6-9am and they have a lot of foods to choose from at the front desk. Stayed a week and felt like home. Room has pots and pans with groceries found a few blocks away on foot, King Soopers. For the price and location this place is perfect for a week on the road performing technical support work for my employer.

So I have been here for temporary housing. I charged soda to my room and then paid that off. Like a month ago. Yesterday I went to check my account for something and they charged my account without me knowing. I talked to the front desk last and she didn't even see my card linked to my room. She said that she'd talk to the manager and I'd get a call. I've been waiting all day and now it is early morning the next day and no calls, nothing. I have the stars because that is really the only major problem I've had so far.

I stayed at this hotel for a month on a work trip.

      Pros
      1. Sunny at the front desk is great at his job. Incredibly accommodating and a nice person. He always said hello to me by name when I returned. When I first checked in I had requested more hangers and he personally brought them to my room.
      2. The breakfast every morning was great. They had different varieties of food so it wasn't just scrambled eggs everyday. There was breakfast burritos, breakfast bagels, etc along with the everyday items of waffles, yogurt (with fresh fruit), cereals and hard boiled eggs.
      3. In the evening they had light meals and wine/beer for no charge. Again this varied but they always had salad available.
      4. The gym was never busy and included a bike, 3 treadmills, two ellipticals and free weights.
      5. They have a hot tub
      6. Spacious rooms
      7. Free parking

      Cons
      1. The bedding. I'd wake up freezing and turn my heat up then get hot. Turns out my blanket was a mattress pad or so I thought. I asked the front desk for a real blanket. They told me even though it looks like a mattress pad..it's not..it's a blanket and it's their way of being eco friendly. It's January...I want a real blanket. The front desk was nice enough and brought me additional blankets.

Hotel dinner (salad is always available)

this hotel had dirty carpets. the carpets were sticky. also, the toilet was leaking. we asked the front desk for compensation and they refused. the manager on duty was not helpful. I do not recommend this hotel.

we stay at a lot of Hilton properties nationwide and this one was not up to standard.

Do not stay here if it's for more than a night. Getting new towels, toilet paper or anything is like pulling teeth and you'll have to go downstairs and get it yourself. The front desk doesn't answer their phone half the time and when they do it's always with attitude.

We requested to have our room cleaned 3 days in a row and each time they said they "needed a 24 hour notice." It's now been 4 days and there's still no sign of house keeping.

The management and staff don't care about the guests since they know they won't be here long enough for it to matter.
Also the hot tub is disgustingly green from so many people peeing in it.

Stayed here for a long weekend with family last month. The gentleman at the front desk (from New Zealand) was very friendly and attentive throughout our visit. Always greeted us with a smile and assisted with any requests we had.

With covid, they provided bagged breakfasts that we could go down to the front desk and grab each morning which was super convenient, especially with my 15 month old! The little shop allowed us to buy snacks at night without leaving the hotel.

The fitness center allowed two people at a time so my sister and I were able to go together most days.

Only thing that would've helped would have been to heat up the pool slightly. It was too cold for our toddlers to swim.

      Would highly recommend staying here!
