Nice hotel but I expected that. We have stayed at the Holiday Inn for many years for both business and pleasure. I am now in Denver on business for 10 days and chose the Holiday Inn on 6638 S Nome St. in Centennial, CO since it appears the nearby Best Western Denver Tech Center no longer exists. My days start early so I make it a point to stay where a complimentary breakfast is provided. It is an amenity and benefit especially with the state of the current economy. One of the reasons I have selected Holiday Inn over these years is that breakfast is provided.

Now I learned upon arriving at this Holiday Inn that they have eliminated the complimentary breakfast and replaced it with a restaurant called "Burger Theory." To compare what I normally eat at the complimentary breakfast, this restaurant charges about $20 for two eggs, meat, coffee, juice, and a tip! Many of the options cost even more! I cannot believe Holiday Inn is so bad off that they need to charge for breakfast! For a 10-day stay that is $200! Well, they can forget it. I will get by with other cheaper options but they should know I will not be staying at a Holiday Inn any longer. There are over 171 Hotels in the area that serve complimentary breakfasts. They have lost my business and that of my family and business associates!

Where did my complimentary breakfast go!!!!!
Nice looking and clean hotel but come on. Are you kidding me, no breakfast offered anymore. Only option is the restaurant which is OVER priced. That peed me off to start checking in at the front desk. After checking in we get a bag with two cheep quality bottle waters. Advice, don't give this to people if you can't afford quality bottle water. Not the cheep plastic bottles.
So, get to our room. It was clean and smelled nice. So that's good. Took a shower and water pressure was HORRIBLE. Not a happy camper paying good $$$ for a room.
Ok, well looking forward to coffee in the morning. There is a coffee maker but only enough coffee for one person.
So, I am very disappointed and will find somewhere else to go next time.

What a nice hotel with great restaurant onsite

From the welcoming staff who was still wearing masks at all times to the clean interior the Holiday Inn & Suites DTC in Centennial is a great hotel.

The food from Burger Theory is awesome. The burger is really big, good onion rings and staff member who assisted as waiter refilled drink without me asking. Will definitely be back for more burgers and other options they have.

The conference rooms are well equipped with AV hookups

I have not stayed at the Holiday Inn yet but definitely would if I was coming to see the Broncos, flying out of Centennial airport or for a staycation.

Stayed here for 6 nights. Room and bathroom was very clean. The room felt spacious and the staff was attentive with replacing towels and cleaning our room. Best holiday inn I've ever stayed at.

This hotel is new and the design/decor is just beautiful, but there were many issues that left us deflated, disappointed and very tired. This would not be a choice for our next visit to Denver.

Initial issues included our card key not working once we had reached the fourth floor, so another visit to the check-in desk. Once in the room, there were no cups for coffee/tea or any kind of drink; thus, another visit to the front desk. OK, I'll admit we should have called and made them bring up supplies...

Dinner was at the in-house restaurant, Burger Theory, and was good; see separate review.

Once settled in for the night, it was disappointing to realize the very old style AC unit (under the window type) was extremely noisy and would go off and on so often we finally decided it was better to have a warmer room than the noise. Then, it did not take long to become very uncomfortable with aching joints and a sore neck from the hard bed and soft pillows with no support. Who thought pillows that sink all the way down to the bed and almost suffocate you is a good idea, but it seems to be standard in most hotels these days (???). The mattress is just cheap; no other way to put it.

Other concerns were the lack of complimentary fresh-brewed coffee in the lobby, no quick breakfast options (muffins, bagels, etc). Breakfast is large meals cooked-to-order in the restaurant or you have a very limited selection for room service with an 18% surcharge. As well, there is no covered parking, which can be a huge issue if you're visiting Denver during one of their crazy and somewhat frequent hail or snow storms.

This is a beautifully appointed hotel that falls short in so many ways, which is too bad. It's in a great location if your goal is an appointment with the USCIS building on Weaver.

Not a good choice. This hotel is relatively new, and it definitely shows. The water pressure is nonexistent, and the shower took at least five minutes to get even lukewarm; not to mention, the bathroom is pretty cramped. No matter how many times we fiddled with the air conditioning unit, it remained very cold in our room, and the air it blew out smelled heavy, which exacerbated my mother's allergies.

This hotel does have a nice bar in the lobby and a small restaurant, both open to the public, but we were too dissatisfied with the place to try the restaurant or bar. Additionally, the hot tub is completely out of service, and staff had no clue how to fix it, nor did they provide sympathetic customer service to us. Overall, I would look for a different hotel in the future.

Is it possible for zero stars? Did the flexible stay reservation but the hotel charged it in advance anyways. Called the hotel and the girl at the front desk couldn't have cared less and refused to refund it. I'll never stay here and I would recommend staying clear of it too if I were you.

Fourteen days later and still can't figure out how to refund the money took in advance on a non-advance stay reservation. Did I mention don't stay here? Actually really just don't even make a reservation here.

Probably the CLEANEST hotel I've ever stayed in. Everything is new, updated, and clean. Check in was quick and easy. The room was extremely roomie, and did I say clean?! Requested for more soaps and shampoo through the phone, and they were delivered right at the door within minutes! Really enjoyed my stay for less than $100! Would definitely recommend this hotel if you like a clean place like me!

Brand spanking new. For my needs on this trip the hotel was a perfect location between family, airport and a wedding venue. Clean, quiet, well appointed rooms. Nicely decorated lobby, friendly staff, reasonably priced. I would stay here again.

Stayed here for a week recently and definitely enjoyed it. Quiet room, always clean, good selection of pillows. Nice people at the front desk, no fuss was made when my family visited so my niece and nephew could use the pool. Tremendous restaurant with a beer selection that was not to be beat and a staff that knows their recommendations. Just the thing at the end of a long day. And try the desserts!

Fine location with a Starbucks on the same lot and easy access to major roads. Would definitely stay here again.
