Stayed at this hotel for 4 weeks. The property condition was standard. Customer service is the issue. We had trouble getting cleaning personnel to clean our room more than once a week. And the woman at the front desk refused to allow us to shorten our stay by 1 day despite the fact we had spent the past 3+ weeks there. We reserve almost 100 nights in different hotels each year. This was the single worst customer experience we've had

Contacted IHG about needing to change hotel locations due to rapidly declining health of a family member. Advised by IHG Reservations that because room was booked with rewards points that points would be refunded to account if I did not check in. Instead my card was charged $171 by this hotel. Contacted IHG and was told that a refund was up to the hotel manager. Contacted the hotel manager and was told that refund was "not possible because of IHG Corporate policy." Hotel manager very rude and said "nothing I can do." However, another IHG location was more than accommodating due to the same circumstances and did not charge my card. IHG policy applies to one location but not another??? Who's being dishonest? Refund my points and then turn around and charge my card? Poor business practice and management!!! IHG is losing a loyal, frequent customer!

Very Rude Staff! I get it that you don't care about your guests or their experiences. Atleast pretend like you care about other people. The staff at night are not nice people. They should get online and invest in a manners course or get new staff. This hotel is going to lose a lot business if they keep getting hammered online. Holiday Inn Express is usually a good place to stay but if they keep this up they will soon become a Motel 6. If I wanted to stay at Motel 6, atleast I would get what I pay for. The Motel 6 staff would atleast be helpful and nice. I have never managed a hotel but I do stay alot at hotels and this lady on the evening shift was not nice! Hopefully she can get a job that better fits her rude skillset! The customer is always right except for at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Omaha.

Didn't even get to stay here because the person working that night found all kinds of excuses to not let my husband check in. He was belittled about his military service as if they know any and everything about the military!!

They tried to still claim we checked in and steal our money but luckily we was able to get that back and we had to find a new room around 12 am.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE IVE EVERY HAD!!

      RUN DONT STAY HERE!!!

Elderly woman at the front desk was rude and refused to let us check in early and stated that because I work for a hospitality company I would have to pay another night if I wanted to check in early. This policy is held by every hotel, but usually hotels will do their best to accommodate you to make for the best experience, but for some reason she has such a stick up her ass to enforce the tiniest amount of power she has behind that desk that she's willing to do anything to make the experience as least enjoyable as possible.

Have stayed here in the last year and the motel was good but this time has definitely gone down hill. At first it looks new and updated, but underneath the new is messy. Our rooms were filthy, stains on the bed, stains on the floor. Crumbs under the mattresses, missing outlet covers, and the tv is dangling from the wall.

We were traveling to Omaha for a basketball tournament, my reservation was made through a booking company with the ball tournament that had a contract with the hotel. We had three teams in the tournament. When I showed up at the hotel for check-in the hotel said they did not have my reservation even though I had a confirmation email and number and everyone else had already checked in. The front desk lady refused to let me talk with the manager of the hotel, after insisting that she call the manager the front desk lady proceeded to cuss at me and other people in the lobby waiting to check-in. I called the police and the front desk lady left the hotel. She left the hotel with no one to watch it. My family had to find new accommodations even though we had paid for our room in advance. The next morning the manager called me. She apologized but did nothing to make it right, stating she had to consult with the owner. I called the booking company this morning and confirmed my reservation and was told that the hotel had all my information because it was directly booked with the hotel, the only thing the booking company did was get the group rate contracted in by the hotel. The booking company is contacting the hotel on my behalf. It has been over two weeks and the manager of the hotel still has not contacted me to fix the issue, he did however call me and say that if I gave him a good review then he would fix things. I did what he asked and he has yet to do anything. I was not the only family that had to find a new hotel at 11 pm at night in an unknown town. Unfortunately, the IHG customer service was no help either, they said the hotel owner had 72 hours to fix the issue before they stepped in, after that time they refused to do anything. I am writing their corporate office in hopes that someone in this franchise still knows the meaning of customer service and loyalty to their customers.

I'm not sure I can go five stars on this hotel but it's a solid four star location. We were in town recently for a few days and have always had luck with Country Inn & Suites so we booked here. My son had gotten sick on the flight into Omaha and wasn't feeling well when we arrived, at 11 am on Easter Sunday. Though we were WAY before the check in time, they were so accommodating to us and allowed us to check in early and get our son some much needed rest. We appreciated that.

The hotel is a bit dated but our room was clean and the facility is well maintained. The only complaint we had was that the house cleaning staff didn't seem to put alot of effort into making our beds each day. Yeah, we were staying for five nights but a well made bed would have been nice. But, not a huge deal. The breakfast every morning had the usual muffins, bagels, etc. but also had hot items like waffles, eggs, bacon and potatoes. We usually skip the hotel breakfast when traveling but this one provided something for everyone each morning. They have coffee and cookies available all day for those needing a sugar rush or caffeine boost (or both!).

The location is fairly well situated just North of Dodge with easy access to major highways and plenty of decent places to eat within a few miles in most any direction (except north). They don't have gym but they do have passes to the 24 hour fitness right behind the hotel. The pool wasn't huge but the kids enjoyed it, along with the hot tub. Overall, I would most definitely stay here again. In fact, I have to get back to town next month to finalize our housing for the summer. I guess I had better give them a call.

Rooms are small. Decor is a combination of 1950s modern and The Jetsons. We stayed in a "suite" with a whirlpool. The tub was barely big enough for one of us. Our room was clean and well maintained. But we left after two nights.
