Hold My Knots

Recommend this spot to garlic knot lovers. Never thought of stuffing my knots till I came here. We ordered Mac and cheese bites and mozzarella sticks. Both were crunchy and good. Ordered a set of 3 garlic knot sliders, shrimp parm, eggplant parm and Buffalo chicken. Buffalo chicken was my favorite - chicken was light and not overwhelming. Both parms were good - shrimp was definitely different but not bad. The artwork was fun and inviting and the service was great. Staff is super nice. Can't wait to come back and try more flavors!

Went last night for dinner. Hold My Knots is a decent-sized pizzeria with pretty good food. It's BYOB, which is nice as well.

For dinner, I had a Buffalo Chicken slice, which was quite large and the crust on the bottom was crunchy. Very well done! I also got 3 of the Chicken Vodka Garlic Knot Sliders. They were good, but a little cooler than I would have liked..

If I lived closer, I would probably come back here every once in a while. It was a decent place.

Salty everything. Chicken was rubbery. Dough was dry and tasted old. Finally, the guy making the pizzas was extremely unfriendly. Only positive was the girl working the register.

Save your money. Go to a decent place with good food.

7 Stars for the concept. The strong garlic smell when you open the door is a test. If you find the garlic aroma inviting, you are going to enjoy your meal. We preferred the slider knots more than the stuffed knots. The staff is helpful and the seating area is comfortable.

Great staff and love their food. I will recommend this business to my friends, family and colleagues.

Cute little pizza shop with delicious knot sliders. Drove all the way from Long Island to get some. Will definitely come again!!

We got a slider trio that we split as well as a plain cheese garlic knot pizza. We visited after seeing Instagram post about this place and it looked really great. The bread tastes a little bland, something we tend to find when we personally don't let our dough rest and rise over the course of a day or two. The sauce was okay - I am spoiled by some of our common pizzerias, where the sauce had a hint of sweetness. It was a good pizza though. The staff was really great. The place was pretty clean including the bathroom.

I first came across hold my knots at a food truck even about two years ago. & I will say, it was love at first BITE!

Let's just begin by saying that the concept is very unique. Garlic bread in place of regular slider buns or bread.. how genius! Lol

The garlic knot is always super soft, fresh and the garlic oil on top is my absolute favorite part. I usually get the chicken parm. I have also tried the eggplant parm and my son had the meatball one. Everyone approves!
Anytime I know there is a food truck event, I always see if they will be there so I can go grab me some garlic knot sliders!

I've only been to the food truck events, I haven't been to the restaurant. I am sure it's just as awesome!

Service is always great.

Hold My Knots is one of my favorite places in NJ! Since I was in the area yesterday, it was a must to stop by for a quick dinner. There is plenty of tables due to a recent expansion, so I loved having my choice of seating. Of course, I had to get the garlic knots. I tried cheesesteak and shrimp parm and chicken parm. They all were delicious, but my favorite is the chicken parm. I love the sauce and how well it meshes with the crispy chicken.

This place is amazing. The fact that you can have garlic knots as the crust on your pizza blows my mind.

This was half chicken parmesan and cheese. The pizza was humongous and super filling. I would recommend getting the garlic knots on the side rather than on the crust because it's a lot to take in all at once.

Overall it is such a a tasty pizza spot and it's my go to spot!
