not exactly what brisket should be.
Cook it longer, smaller chunks. Better yet try slicing it. Only place I know of where slicing is nit an option.Foeget convenience of being close. Will drive a little farther to get tender brisket. Big square chuncks. Would have been OK but was pretty tough and chewy. Never had that issue with them.
Must have needed before it was done.They had to have noticed it was not tender when they cut it. Be a while before I go back.

3 smokestack sandwiches to go. Supposed to be brisket and hot links. All 3 had 2 little pieces of brisket and alot more in the way of links. No taste of brisket at all. Would have ordered a hot link sandwich if that was what I wanted.

Looked and tasted like pot roast which does not taste anything like smoked brisket. Called, man assured me it was brisket. Said they smoke, marinate over night then smoke again. Said they could have done the 2nd cook without smoke. Assume that's what they did because there was absolutely no smoke smell or taste. Assume that that the coke over night did away with the smoke flavor achieved in the 1st round. Think marinating defeats the purpose of smoking. Suggested that they do away with that step. Definitely did not taste like any burnt ends I have had from other places. Replacing the 2 meals when I decide to go back. Would not advise getting these unless you are in the mood for something that tastes like pot roast.

163375920Jun 6, 2020Had lunch here with my parents today and I wasn't impressed. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich with potato salad and my parents ordered the 2 meat entree with brisket and sausage. Staff were nice, but the food was mediocre. The worst part of the experience though was the condition of the women's bathroom. It was absolutely disgusting to the point that I pretty much lost my appetite before I even received my order!

We love Hog Wild, but this has to be the worst location!
Saturday afternoon & the food was either cold or under cooked.
We had brisket, ribs, Mac & cheese, as well as Curley fries.
The cleanliness really needs to be worked on!
It doesn't look or feel like they have cleaned the BBQ bottle holder or wipes down the shakers in years.

Consistently good barbecue. Not outstanding but good. Sides are OK. The cobblers are terrible! The crust is so hard I could break a tooth. Crazy me but I have tried the cobblers several times, they are not any good. Four stars if it was not for the cobblers

They have one in Salina Kansas as well which we have eaten at as well very good place to eat with highly recommend anyone traveling through or local.
