      WARNING
      BUGS, Horrible Service, Disgusting Rooms, Charged my card for 2 nights after u cancelled and refuse to refund and then forged my signature on their checkout the FOLLOWING day!
      No corporate number listed anywhere? I wish I was there long enough to get pictures but I wasn't and never expected something as simple as a refund turning into THIS! I hope the 3 cameras at Check-in are properly functioning the police will be interested in watching us NOT stay there or leave when they claimed and billed us for.

      Stopped here on my way to Vegas since I was super tired from driving. $65 a night with a $60 deposit for the most NASTY ROOM IVE EVER STAYED IN!!!! Go 30 minutes up to Barstow for CLEAN rooms and good service. Black mold! I got here at 3am they said the latest they'll let me check out is 11:15am or they charge for another night! I've never been to a hotel that they wont accept late check out. But by the time I saw the room I didn't even want a late check out bc it's disgusting in here. Don't ever recommend!!!!!

      NEGATIVE STARS IF POSSIBLE.
      Disrespectful & unhelpful staff, DISGUSTING ROOMS. When we asked if they could refund our money for the rooms the staff member said "you can leave or stay I don't care" & said "leave leave" kicking us out of the office. Don't waste your money on this place. Worst hotel I've ever seen.

      The manager / owner? named Kevin has an ethics problem. He would not let me use 2 days rent that I pre paid during the 4 weeks I stayed there. I would never stay there again and would never recommend that anybody else stay there.

      The only reason I give it 5 stars is because of the lady who works in the office from time to time, she's very nice and helpful and makes my stay here alot better. They need to get some new housekeepers or they need to be better trained on how to properly clean a room

      Dead bugs everywhere!!!
      My biggest regret is not reading reviews ahead of time so if I can save someone else the hassle I went through that's great!
      This place is a dump! dead bugs & stinks & they don't care & will not refund your money! They did offer to give us a different room but we made the manager go with us & it was the same thing...just disgusting!
      AVOID THIS PLACE!!

      Worst experience EVER! Where do I begin. I really wish I would have looked on yelp first. The website I found this motel on had it as 3 stars. I am giving it no stars.
      This motel should not be in business!
      After a long day on the motorcycle in 100 plus degree weather to find that the power was out in the entire area of our first hotel selection a few miles prior we came upon this as our closest available. In our hast we overlooked the first impression.
      While my husband was checking in, I witness and recorded a woman dumping/abandoning a cat across the street. I went in to tell the manager fyi there is a cat and she said, oh she was probably just returning it, there are Ferrell cats that live here. (nice!) We went to our room and it smelled terrible, the stains on the carpet were out of this world and it was overall unsanitary. We decided to not stay there. We couldn't shut the door on the way out and after a few try's and inspection part of the hardware fell off. We left the door as it was. We video'd the room. The person on duty said that she didn't know how to give refunds. After insisting on some sort of solution she finally said she did have another room but it was upstairs (we requested downstairs because of our motorcycle and unsavory characters and surroundings).
      I didn't feel safe staying there and a new room was not a solution for several reasons. She refused to give her name but gave us a card and said to call Ray the manager in the morning, refusing to call him at the time.
      We called and he wasn't available. I spoke to John. He asked for my information and said he would pass it to Ray. We did receive our deposit back after the call. No refund. I called again the following day. John answered again and said that Ray wasn't in, then very rudely said there is no refund, she offered you another room. I explained why the other room didn't suffice. He then accused us of kicking in the door. Seriously, lets be clear, that is exactly what it looked like... as if someone had kicked in the door at sometime and it was never repaired. When we arrived it was locked and appeared totally normal, until we tried to shut it again. It was if someone had just placed the part of the lock that attaches to the wall back in place and called it a job well done. Once it fell out we tried to put it back in correctly but couldn't and it was on video. This entire ordeal is like a bad movie to me. I wish I wasn't so exhausted to go with my gut before even pulling up to this place. HORRIBLE!

      This is Not AT ALL what Booking.com stated it was. Well maybe 20 years ago. On the website they categorized it as "Fair" for the price, that's a full out lie!
      There blood smears on the bathroom door, stained box springs. It looked like a previous murder scene that was poorly cleaned up.
      We were rushed, RIGHT at 11am, as if they actually clean there
      If I could do a negative star I would.

      If all else... BETH and DOC made the stay more than worth it. The motel may not be the Embassy, but the service and just outright courtesy and huge heart that Beth and Doc posses made me feel like royalty. If you need a quick stay with people who will genuinely care and have a true heart, come stay here. I can't begin to thank Beth and Doc enough. They always went above and beyond and to be honest, the service here is better than that of a 5 star hotel! We stayed in room 224 while we had to wait for our apartment to open up for move in... and let me tell you, Doc and Beth were on top of everything!!! If I'm out here again, I will definitely stay here.

      We attempted to stay here for the night we lasted 20 min before the sink was our last straw of course we didn't get out money back and the front desk was rude and the manager didn't want to deal with any of it. Avoid this place at all costs the motel 6 across the street 100% better than this. This place is really gross. The counters never wiped. The phone also had no button on it and didn't work it was pretty much decorative and not even a good decoration and the fridge couldn't be on it the tv was on.
