Mike and Lisa are awesome guides through the wilderness! Our hike made for a fun day and a perfect weekend (exhausting ourselves Saturday to relax Sunday), not to mention an excellent excuse to get out of the city. Mike led the group on a hike with just the right amount of climbing, exploring, and snacks! To be fair, Lisa made the snacks and took the photos, and both were top notch. Both were super knowledgable about our surroundings, the history and archeology of the area. We'll definitely recommend Hike with Mike to all our NYC friends - wish we had discovered them sooner! Looking forward to hiking in the snow with them this winter!

This is a great way to hit the highlights in the Hudson Valley. MIke and Lisa took us on a hike with some great scenery and a waterfall. I had gone to college near Minnewaska and so had hiked the area before, but they brought us to a place that was totally cool I had never even heard of. And yea, the packed lunch hit the spot.
