This is all about the service. Went in looking for insoles for my shoes. It's a small store and they didn't have them. Not a big deal. What amazed me was the girl "working" there. I was the only person in the store. She never looked up from her phone, never acknowledged that there was a customer in her store. Obviously never asked if I needed help. Walked out shaking my head.

I have been looking for a certain type of shoe for a week and i called them and they talked to me about sizes and what i would need. When i went in, they immediately helped me and gave me many sizes to try on. they were so helpful.
