They suck so bad! Where is the sauce that's supposed to come on the chicken. They need to be shut down

This place was a must have on my latest trip to the Chicago area. First of all the one I originally wanted to go to was closed with no signs posted. So hubby finds one to go... he asks if he can substitute coleslaw and the lady said no.... That's all fine and good that we can't. Anyway he goes further to ask about other locations and why they were closed and the lady gets attitude and says, we don't substitute here so take the slaw or leave it. She didn't give him time to speak before she cut him off... rude! The part I'm most mad over is during her need to argue she fails to add my 3 piece wing meal to the total. Look if ur gonna run a business don't argue with ur customers and pay more attention. I'd say this was a last trip for me. The food was just ok today too.

I never understood what the height was around Harold's chicken. I mean...it's ok. The clerk that took our order had no personality. The food was mediocre at best. The fries were cold by the time I got home. Better packaging would help that. I'm not a huge fan bug I know folks in NW Indiana and Chicago swear by it. It was just ok.

I ordered a 6 pc wing with lemon pepper ONLY and they put my mild sauce on my food & I do not eat mild sauce. they refused to remake my food or give me a refund. horrible business and customer service. if you mess up somebody order you should fix it.

Waited 45 min for small order. Waste of time and not even that good will not come back . Also smells horrible in there.

Good prices. Take a little long to make order but that's every harolds so I can't complain. ‍. Very good

Trying to support a new location...never again. I watched them cook it so it's hot but definitely not fresh fish.

This place is a joke and I will never return here!!!!! I waited 45 minutes for a small order. No one was even in the restaurant and they are in the back doing nothing. Really... My food was not good and I would not recommend this place to any one. Yall suck!

The first time I went to this location, I was annoyed that they were so slow. The chicken was pretty good when I finally got it though. So the second time I figured I should call ahead, they don't answer. 5 calls, they don't answer. So don't waste your time.
