Hardee's

The customer service was great however the burgers where cold. They weren't even hot enough to melt the cheese as seen in the picture. I was a little disappointed because we drove out of our way to have a Hardee's burger. The best part was the fries

I've been here twice and both times were great. This place seems really well run. The food comes fast and the restaurant is clean. The last time I came for breakfast and I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit with no bacon combo and they were very accommodating. The biscuit sandwich was delicious. The biscuit was so nice and fluffy and warm, not dry or crumbly at all. The hash rounds were also great. Very crispy and not too greasy. We also got the french toast sticks and they were great as well. This is a great Hardee's location!

We were very excited to find Hardee's, there isn't one close to us. I ordered the Big Star Cheeseburger. The Burger was extremely dry, very little Mayo, Bread was hard, and the lettuce was the hard core of the Head of lettuce. I bit the Burger and it was very Cold. My Husband returned the Burger for me, as the disappointment was all over my Face. Once the replacement Burger arrived it too was Cold. There's was no Cooking smell in the Restaurant as if the food was being Microwaved. My Husband experienced the same with his Mushroom and Swiss, with the exception of a Cold Burger. Customer service was extremely nice. Needless to say, we won't be returning to this location ever again!

Always a pleasurable experience when dinning here the food is good as usual. This my go to spot when I'm in the area. Keep up the good work.

A decent, clean, efficient fast food place conveniently located on Nursery Road. I got a thick burger with no bun and it was pretty good! Nice and greasy which is how I love my burgers lol. Not a lot of flavor but not terrible. The meat seemed to be real meat. The service was quick. I wish I had one closer to my home!

I haven't had a Hardee's near me in over 20 years. I'm not a fast food person at all so I rarely ever check in to any. I was excited to find this location and just as I remembered it was yummy!
Quick and friendly service...

Went here for lunch, it's about a 25 minute drive
from my house, wish there was one closer to
where I live. I got the Thickburger with cheese,
Beer Battered Onion Rings and Chicken Tenders,
the Burger was just ok, the Onion Rings were
good, nice and crispy and the Tenders were
good. I wish they would put more in the Baltimore
area.

This has been me and my FBFF's Friday morning ritual spot for the last few yrs. We head out around 6am to drive from Owings Mills to Lithicum for the only Hardee's in the area. The service is always prompt and they always acknowledge my cute fur baby that rides shotgun. This place is pretty solid as far as fast food places go. I've never been inside so I can't really speak on the cleanliness or the decor of the inside. I can say that from the drive-thru perspective they always seem clean. My only issue with them is that on several trips something has been omitted from my order. I've paid for it but it's just not there. The drive is too far to turn around and go back. I've learned to triple check my bag before I pull off from the window now.

P. S. the blueberry biscuits are sooooo good

Been wanting to try Hardee's for a while and I was impressed. The location is clean and lots of parking. Each employee was friendly and happy for the business. The original thick burger was delish with all the toppings. Chicken tenders were right out of the fryer n fresh. Onion rings were thick n tasty. The honey Q sauce went well with everything. Wish there were more Hardee's in the area

Not sure what concoction they put all over their burgers but it is not a good one...the ketchup all over the burgers and that they gave us with our fries did not smell right. Meat on burger looked questionable. WAY overpriced too.
