Stayed here one night in a quick trip to Pasco. Location is near food and not far from the airport. Facility was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. Easy contactless check in and out if preferred. Stay here when in the area

All pillows smell like hair cream for men and bed sheets have a sour smell. Definitely not washed before I checked in.

As a flight attendant I'm fortunate to stay in a lot of different hotels but am always so impressed with how well kept and friendly the hotels like this Hampton in small towns are compared to the quality and service you get in larger cities. The staff here was so friendly both during check in and at breakfast. All of their uniforms are also neat and like new almost which isn't typically my experience with hotel staff. The breakfast buffet was terrific and filling with more than just the basics. Looking forward to my next layover. Thanks for the terrific stay!

Great location. Can walk to many different restaurants. Shopping nearby and grocery store nearby. Pretty new hotel. Clean comfortable room. Safe area. Walmart down the road as well. Right off the interstate. Typical Hampton Inn breakfast. Small pantry available. Great staff. Would stay again!

We had a great stay for a team tournament. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel was clean. My only complaint was the pool had a mildew smell.

This was a nice place to stay for the weekend while in town for a wedding. Everything was clean and new. The staff was friendly. The breakfast in the morning was pretty decent. The staff replaced food as it ran out and were good about keeping the counters clean. The breakfast rush started first thing when they opened the days we stayed but the food never ran out.
Location is close to the highway and grocery stores.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 1812941720Nov 2, 2016First to Review
Having visited Pasco on numerous occasions I have tried a few of the hotels, but this is first time for me here. Turned out that was not so strange since they "just" opened, (May 27 2016).
With that said you will understand that everything is new and fresh!
But besides that I really like the feel of this hotel. I think they managed to create that cosy "home away from home" feeling that so many hotels are striving for. And that might be easy to say, but i think it is much harder to do. Not only do you have to find a way where your decorations functionality can meet beauty, more so you will have to find the right people.
This is where I think this Hampton place have succeeded beyond expectations. Check in experience, house keeping, breakfast staff... you name it, has been nothing but excellent.
Staff is very helpful, and seem to really care about your wishes and your stay. Since their gym was so nice i extended my work out and almost missed breakfast, clocked in 09:57 and they close 10:00. I had all kinds of excuses and apologizes ready, but did not need to use any. Instead they let me roam around and make my waffles and bagels and eat my turkey sausages until I was as stuffed as on Thank Giving. When I was finally done (there was a lot of good stuff) a girl came out and asked me if i would like something more or if I was ok with them closing up the breakfast? wow... But! As if that was not enough, Im hanging out in their common area working when a girl from the front desk heads out to buy some Starbucks, she is taking some orders from her colleagues and asks me if I would like a cup too. (I Always want Starbucks) comes back with my skinny vanilla latte on ice and refuses to take my money "happy holidays" she says. Wow....
My only complaints are these three.
1. I like to have a mini bar. (You do have a refrigerator in your room, and you can buy whatever you need in the lobby. The only thing they didn't have were the half bottles of wine, they only hade the big ones. Wait... what am i complaining about. Strike this one out.)
2. My iron was leaking. (Housekeeping got me a new one in 5 mins, she also said she had other ones if i didn't like the one I got. Actually she said "I got a hole box of them" with a smile. Lol Strike this complaint too, she already fixed it.)
3. You only get one "big" towel/person, and that one is not really big. (Ok, keep this one, give me more towels, prefer the big ones bigger too btw.)
So if your planning to book a hotel in Pasco, you should give this one a chance for sure!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Carrie C.Lakewood, WA154208198Apr 22, 2018
Slept great & love their free breakfast buffet! The bed was comfy and pillows were squishy soft, just the way I like it! The room was clean & the bathroom has a larger counter size than other hotels, which makes getting ready easier. The bathroom has a nightlight--so awesome! Who wants to feel their way to use the toilet in the middle of the night?
The kids had a great time swimming in their indoor pool & hot tub, we liked the gym here and the best part: walking distance to/from our destination! It's a short 5 minute walk to the convention center (TRAC event) where they hosted the State Championship for Elementary Chess competition.
The staff at this hotel was top notch! Everyone was kind, professional, and very customer service friendly. With nearly 2,000 elementary kids traveling for this event, the staff here were patient with kids and families as this hotel was at capacity during our weekend stay.
They sell bottles of wine for $10 and microwave meals like Mac & cheese for $5, which the kids were fine with, and ice cream sandwiches/bars for $2, we learned from our friends/team mates traveling with us about the super-long-lines & wait times at the local restaurants (due to our event), and decided to dine-in for a fraction of the cost/time and enjoyed the east-side-sunshine we Western Washington folks never see, while the kids played. There's local dining within walking distance, but with large events going on, it seemed the locals here in Pasco weren't staffed ready to accommodate.
If you've read my reviews of hotels I'm kind of a clean freak about having toilets accessible near the swimming pool (who wants to swim with kids peeing in a pool?) and this hotel does it right: there's a restroom with a shower INSIDE the pool area!!! Love it!
There's another hotel closer in proximity to the TRAC convention center, but based on our experience, I'd stay here again if I was in the area. Super quiet, huge breakfast, comfy beds, big bathroom size, great staff.
Huge shout out to front staff Ken! He made the stay super enjoyable AND hooked up this momma with the chocolate cherries I was craving! He's the best!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Trieu G.Denver, CO245122592Jul 23, 2017
Really nice and clean hotel with super friendly staff. The rooms are larger than the tiny ones I am used to in the bigger cities -- I really appreciate this point. There is a small work out room, little swimming pool, whirl pool and a patio where you can enjoy the nice, clean open Pasco air. I didn't spend a lot of time here, but when I did, I was always greeted with the warmest smile. The nicest touch was the manager who came out and paid for my cab ride just because I was with the conference group staying at his hotel. Gotta love America's small town hospitality. It is the best!
