This is the perfect small town dive-ish bar. Great food and drink at fair prices. There are very loyal and regular customers. No matter what night I go in, I'm bound to see some familiar faces. The environment is even okay for children. The building is somewhat small. It probably holds around 50-75 customers at a time. There's a fenced in outdoor area where a lot of the smokers hang out. You can probably eat out there but I've never tried. All of the bartenders/servers are very friendly and good at what they do. No matter how packed the place is, you never have to wait long for a beer. The food is consistent and well cooked. The menu is just okay in my opinion but the majority of people seem to like it. There are smoked-in-house meats but they don't offer them as specials. Mondays are $0.75 wing nights. I order them extra crispy and extra saucy. Their hot buffalo sauce was too hot for me. No celery is offered at this time. Tuesdays are 1/4 burgers and military/LEO night. Wednesday is NY strip steak. Thursday is members night with steak and cheese sandwiches. Friday has fish fry sandwiches. I wish hard and soft-shell tacos were a menu item. They have all the meat and fillings in stock already. It could be a taco Tuesday special. Pulled pork tacos would be amazing here.

Gus's is a great local gem. The staff is extremely friendly and the drinks are cold! They have daily specials and their BBQ is fantastic. Sometimes it's really loud with the music going and other times you can hear a conversation on the other side of the bar, so that's just a roll of the dice. The food is good and I definitely recommend this spot!

Good food great people! I'm always comfortable at Gus's and the wings are wonderful. The burgers are great. Still have to make it to steak night again.

If you want a place like the bar in cheers then this is the spot! The food is phenomenal and the staff and customers could not be more welcoming! Can not wait to come back.

Their ribs are top notch. You can tell that they smoke them with love! Highly recommend!

This place draws the weirdest crowd. Knocking off a star because they got rid of the amazing fried pickles and replaced them with these weird ass pickle fries that go soggy within minutes. Knocking off another star because Wendy doesn't work there anymore and she was great. The other bartenders really think they're superheroes or something with the way they act.

Great service and good food! The staff is very friendly and enjoyed the meal. We ordered the wings, pulled chicken sandwich and beef brisket. They were all great. The baked bean was one of the best I had. For dessert we ordered apple pie with ice cream.

Great bbq and ribs. Half a rack of ribs was huge. Excellent service and bartender. I will be back again.

Amazing smoked brisket sandwich and banana pudding. Very authentic. But not the friendliest place if you're not from WV
